We installed and purchased a new gas fireplace for our new home to replace an old, damaged wood burning fireplace.
The guys in the store were helpful and made sure we were getting the one we wanted. They also provided advice and input when we needed it.
The fireplace was installed quickly and the installation crew worked fast and efficiently.

I purchased my fireplace in late November 2013 for $ 6800 including installation. It had a one year warranty. I have been able to use it 2 months of all that time. The first problems were repaired under warranty. The installers cut the gas pipe to my dryer and returned to install the gas pipe correctly and repair the dryer gas pipe. This October I used the fireplace 4 times. The repairman says that major parts are again needed to make it work. They have been on order for over one month. Steve, the owner has talked with my husband several times. Sean, their authorized repairman, can do nothing without parts and thinks little of this brand. I would like an entirely new fireplace wth a new warranty. It may take an attorney to get there. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this whole experience. The non-working fireplace I have is an enviro.

I am so impressed with the fantastic service from Gallery of Fireplaces! I just had a service appointment with Steve. My fireplace wasn’t turning on even after I had tried everything! He was very professional and fast! I had my beautiful fireplace back on in no time! Highly recommend them not only for their beautiful fireplaces they sell but also their service!!!
