I’m surprised to see I am the first to review him here… odd.
Anyhow: Mark is great, so is his wife and his assistant. Mark is a smart fellow with honest and sounds advice. He has owned many properties (which is important, bc if you haven’t owned and rented a slew of properties yourself you really only know paperwork). He knows a great deal about construction and permit issues. He also has several contacts to help you get your house items all done and checked off.
Mark is pretty much a one-​man show, but his communication is great. He emails back instantaneously, and calls you back pronto. If you are looking to buy or sell in Fairfield/​Vallejo area I would highly recommend him.
I would also have to say that after working with many realtors here in my area (peninsula) I appreciate how technologically savvy he is. He uses Docusign and so I signed all docs ON MY PHONE… no fax, no paper, no email on a laptop. It was nice. Really nice.
Do yourself a favor and go with the pro — don’t waste time elsewhere.
