Sandpiper Village Apartment Homes

I moved into Sandpiper Village in 2010 and have loved everything about living here. Management is awesome, maintenance crew is amazing and neighbors are like family. Great location, next to the freeway. Very family orientated (and pet friendly), always having events after office hours for adults and kids (movie nights). The apartments are actually pretty big (I have lived in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments here) very spacious. The complex is always very clean. Gym onsite, pool and tennis court. Some apartments have a fire place and all of them have washer and dryer hook ups.
Living here for years I never saw it going downhill in fact, I felt like they are always looking to improve anything their residents bring up. They constantly reach out for feedback and resolve all issues in a timely manner. I always have felt that any issues that I brought to their attention were priority and they were resolved as quickly as possible.
If you are looking for a place to call home that is trustworthy, great location, and is affordable, I would recommend living here.

I love it here! I have been here for almost a year. Best place I have ever lived. It’s quiet, close to everything, and the staff is wonderful. I always get a prompt response to any questions or maintenance issues. They are pet friendly, but by walking around, you would never know any pets live here by how clean and well maintained the grounds are. There is a gym on site that is usually always people free, so it makes working out easy when you get the urge to actually want to. My favorite thing is the washer and dryer hookups in my apartment. I have full sized washer and dryer so it makes doing laundry so easy. I have always previously hated going to laundry rooms. (There is also laundry facility on the grounds)
If you are looking for a nice apartment complex in vacaville without completely breaking your bank account, you should definitely check out Sandpiper.

Management has changed and it has gotten really shady. They change things all the time and give you little notice. Example: mail room is now locked after 530pm due to «stolen mail». Instead of putting a camera or fix the mail boxes they shut everyone out after 530pm. So if you work late or need to get your mail it has to be during normal business hours because life stops after 530pm. I had a problem with the ppl below me smoking weed and my apartment smelling and it took 6months to get it resolved. They never offered to clean my apartment, they never gave me a discount. I def would not recommend moving here because it is going downhill.

Absolutely great place to live. Close to everything, but still quiet. Office staff and maintenance staff are phenomenal. I never had to wait longer than 24 hours for ANY maintenance request. I only moved because I had to, and I miss it already.
