Lousy customer service. There’s only one guy and one gal that were actually nice and did their job right. Not bringing their problems to work. The rest have issues noticing their customers and when you call them out on it they get irritated like it’s you’re fault. If you don’t like your job then quit and give it to someone else who needs it.

As me and my sister waited behind one person to order our drinks. The associate looked straight at my sister and told her she would be right with us after she finished making the first person a drink. Another customer shows up and walks next to us. The associate then looks at the new customer and helps their order first not even acknowledging that we were next. We waited again for it to be our turn and again she said she would be right with us as if we were new customers and did the same thing again when another lady walked in to order something. Never got to order. Terrible customer service.

Always wonderful service when I’m here. Jot, Valencia, and Charlene make a wonderful crew. There is another lady that works at this kiosk and she is helpful too, but I always forget to ask for her name. Which ever barista is working remembers my drink by heart, and I appreciate that! I only go to this location now. I can’t seem to find any other Starbucks that makes my drink just the way I like it. They’re awesome here and always a pleasure to get my morning fix with them.

Stopped in at this Starbucks on my way to SF and was very impressed with their service. My barista was very nice, greeted us right away and wasted no time making our drinks. He also gave us a free slice of pumpkin bread that had broke during stocking so couldn’t be sold. And when hearing me mention I hadn’t yet tried the Oprah Chai tea I’d ordered, he offered to make the regular version for me if I didn’t like it.

This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway store.
Friendly consistent Starbucks service. Bakery products quite a bit smaller that a full stand alone store, but hey, you have a whole grocery store!

I love this Starbucks! The staff here does an excellent job serving what type of drink you want. I am a big fan of PSL and every fall I go here exclusively. I’ve tried this drink at other Starbucks but they just don’t taste the same. I think it’s the way they carefully prepare them.
