Salon Zeo

I would not recommend this salon. I wanted to try a new salon that was closer to my work. I made an appointment for a trim since my hair is long and I’ve been growing it out. I mentioned at the beginning of the appointment that I alternate my part line since I know it makes a difference by the way they frame the hair in the front. Once she finished and asked how I liked it, I told her that it didn’t look right. She said that I did not mention anything about my part needing to be able to go on either side. After asking her to try to fix it, and to have more of the hair frame my face, I just told her forget it and that it looked good enough, she was just making it worse. I went home and noticed that one side was about an inch longer than the other, I didn’t notice this at the salon. I was in tears for an hour while trying to fix it myself. I’m on a budget and didn’t want to pay another $ 45 for a new haircut. I was very disappointed since my haircuts are so easy, just a trim, nothing complicated.

KJ rocked it again! I went in for something different than my go to foils– balayage ombré. KJ totally fielded all my questions and even put up with my «I saw them do „this“ on YouTube… You’re going to do that too right?» type of comments. I LOVE my new hair color! She’s such a pro.

My favorite salon is Salon Zeo. In fact, I’ve been a client for over 20 years! My stylist, Dawn, is a mane magician who does my colors to perfection. I constantly receive compliments on my hair. The ambiance is that of beauty and elegance and I always feel like a pampered princess when I’m there. They offer a wide variety of services besides hair. Check them out sometime!

I just moved to northern St. Paul from a small town in Wisconsin and needed a haircut badly! I searched Unilocal and found Salon Zeo. Other reviewers said it wasn’t overly expensive and was an excellent place to go to, so I made an appointment for that night. I don’t remember the stylists name but she seemed to be in a huge hurry. Water was flying in my face during the shampoo, felt like she barely touched my head, and I was out of the salon within 15 minutes. Plus when I walked out the total was $ 40 for a small trim! I’ve been to small town salons where I get my head massaged, free wine, excellent service for half the price. Also, my head has been extremely itchy since the visit which is weird (ick). Not my new salon.

Before I stated coming to Salon Zeo, I never really had a «home» salon. It has been 3 years and this is the only place I will ever go! I only ever see Holly and she is the best, most personable service provider I have ever worked with. Their prices are great compared to other salons in the metro (for a cut and color, it’s about $ 80). I highly recommend Salon Zeo for a great salon experience!

Salon Zeo is life changing! All the stylists are good – I’d say above average and I’ve tried many – but Bao is the one I stayed with and have been going to for years now! I routinely have people stop me and ask me where I have my hair cut. She is hard working and talented – and you will not be disappointed. If you want to change your look and look better than you have ever looked before – try Bao!

I have seen a couple of the different stylists at Salon Zeo for trims, foils, and coloring. The entire staff is always very friendly and professional. The building is also very nice, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. The stylists actually listen to what I am requesting unlike others that just consider what you want and then do want they thinks best.
