We spoke to Joanne about auctioning a family collection of antique and collectible dolls. It was a nightmare from the beginning. Emails not responded to, missing paperwork, dates for promised auction not met on time. She was frustrating to work with and totally disorganized. One sister went to auction live and pictures shown in some cases, did not correspond to numbers on auction brochure. When auction was over, we were «missing» some dolls. It was a disaster and I would never recommend this auction site to anyone,. Buyer beware.

I bid online at an antiques and books auction from this gallery and won 20 lots, paid for them immediately, and arranged for the UPS store to pick them up. They told me 4 lots were missing. It took some days for Mid-Hudson to get in touch with me and their excuses were lame and misleading and reflected an unorganized and unprofessional auction house that wasn’t taking care of its customers or its consignors. I will never do business with them again!
