The most degraded I have even felt in my life. This company flat out tried to talk me out of a rental property by saying I couldn’t afford it. The realtor had the audacity to coerce me into applying for a different, much cheaper home. I had all the required paperwork and as far as I could see, exceeded the requirements to be the renter of the beautiful property they just so happen to manage. I feel horrible for the owner of the home. I would hate to find out the person I have searching for a tenant pushed one away a serious and responsible renter for some strange reason. Needless to say, all of a sudden the property is no longer available. I payed the money for my application to be considered and my credit to be looked over but sadly I believe neither was done. I was not given a fair shot at renting this home and I don’t really know why. I asked the «manager» of the company if I could please get my application fees back but he said it was non-​refundable. Ok. So if indeed they used it to pull my credit I should get my credit report right? No. He gave me nothing and sent me on my way. In talking to a few friends this seems to be normal treatment from this company. The truth is, even if I were approved I don’t think I would rent anyway. If you can’t trust your landlord and feel safe in your home, then what’s the point? I hope the owner of the home realizes they have chosen the wrong company to represent their lovely house. Such a shame. So with all that being said. RUN! Run far! And go with a different company that carries themselves with dignity and respect. No one should be treated the way that I was.
