Rent-A-Wheel

Driving through town as I get a flat. As I drop my car off and filled out paperwork I made it CRYSTAL clear when I asked if this is all they needed, they said since I’m paying cash it was fine. They told me in 45 minutes they will pull my car in to start the work. 2 hrs later they call to see if I paid for my vehicle which I haven’t because the gentleman by the name of Josh said it was fine to pay for when I pick it up, no problem. I get a hotel room because this is turning into hours. Well three hours later I get a call saying that one of their employes forgot to get me to sign a work order form and they need that to pull my car in. I paid for a taxi to the hotel room and now I’m paying for another taxi to pick up my damn car to take it elsewhere. As a man who owns and runs his own company I could NEVER treat a customer this way. Long story short I am not giving this company a penny of my business and quite frankly don’t know how such a poorly ran business is still around. RUN FROM THESE GUYS!
