So disappointed with the quality of food now it used to be my fave, I would eat lunch here once a week at least. I moved jobs and didn’t come to this location in over a year. A few days ago my bf brought some home and it was so awful I took a few bites(out of hunger) and threw the rest away. I got the usual a salad with chicken and with all the fixens, the chicken was so Over cooked it was visibly burnt and had no flavor, rice was also so blan, corn salsa was more onions than anything and they forgot my salad dressing(bf should have double checked of course)

FYI: I think the whole E. Coli outbreak was a huge hype by Chipotle competitors trying to chop away at their expanding market share of folks that are more health conscious and moving away from processed foods. I went to Chipotle’s website and I found out that you can build your own meal online and it creates a nutritional facts calculator real time! I weigh my food, count my calories and watch my macros so having the flexibility to build my meal in advance to meet those requirements was an absolutely amazing feature! This way you are 100% in charge of your nutrition and can eat as good, or as bad, as you wish. Great idea Chipotle! You just earned yourself a fan. Aside from that, they have a «to the point» selection of items, but definitely enough to taste good and mix things up. Like the In N Out of Mexican food. To the point and delicious. This location was spotless. Tables are cleaned within minutes after a patron leaves. Nothing better than eating at a clean place.

Although its always busy with long lines the line does move rather quickly. Their chain of staff work effectively to accomplish that. I love their chicken bowl, thats my favorite and it seems I cannot pass it to eat something else. I love the fact that I can calculate the calories. Very affordable, clean & friendly. Absolutely one of my go to fast food places.

They say theres nothing quite like the fist time you look into your newborns eyes… That moment of lifelong connection. The magnitude of significance this new relationship is about to have on your life. It’s incomparable. I’m not a father. The closest I’ve come to that feeling was in 2002 when I had my first bite of chipotle in Redlands CA. If only I’d known the importance of that first bite, I’d have saved the foil and personally thanked the line crew. My relationship with Chipotle is 14 years old now. Just a young teenager. Of course it made mistakes. But when your kids make mistakes do you ignore them or stop loving them? OFCOURSENOT! Good parents love them that much harder and become more involved in their children’s lives, encouraging and guiding them in the right direction. Chipotle unintentionally made a few people sick, yes. But who amongst us is faultless? Who among us can cast that first stone? I certainly cannot. I can only continue strengthening my love. Thank you Chipotle. Your foil wrapped goodness makes life worth living.

Perfect for when you got the muchies! Little too pricy for a decent sized burrito /bowl though.

I had a lunch date with my friend and she chose for us to meet at this Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. Food was good, no complaints about it. However, the customer service was awful! The first 2 ladies on the food line where quite rude. Maybe it was the lunch rush, not my fault! Don’t take it out on me!

I have been a loyal customer to Chipotle. I moved recently to Valencia from Woodland Hills. Portion is really small especially on meats and I have been served pretty much half a spoon the 4 times I visited this location. Will start looking for another location or an alternative. Not a good way to satisfy a customer.

I have been a loyal customer to Chipotle for years. I tend to get the carnitas burrito every single time. A few months ago I decided to start ordering online to avoid waiting in line. The transaction is nice and smooth. My only complain is that I clearly ordered guac(which they charge almost 2 dollars EXTRA for) and yet I didn’t get it in my burrito! I called the store upon arriving ALL the way back to work and the manager told me that she would be more careful. And that next time I’d come in that guac would be on the house for their mistake. She gave me her name but to my surprise I couldn’t remember her name so I just left it go, assuming they’d work on their attention skills. Attempt #2 to getting my burrito online. Again ordering was nice and simple, and YETAGAIN, no freakin guac! I paid another 2 dollars extra for it and yet nothing. c’mon now! I know its 2 dollars but 2 dollars plus 2 dollars adds up! I know the working staff would probably give me a «get over it» expression but yet they won’t give you guac unless you pay up the 2 bucks. get me? I’m beyond upset over the principal, a little less over the extra cash they basically took without my knowing. Most likely not coming back. Good job Chipotle

I went to chipotle this afternoon and had an above average experience. The service was quick and helpful. The food was a good size and the ingredients fresh and juicy. I haven’t been to chipotle in almost a year, but they certainly have gotten better. Only complaint is that my insides have turned into my outsides, totally worth it though.

DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION. I placed a phone/internet order and what I received was wrong(I ordered a veggie bowl and it did not get the guacamole it comes with). I called the store to let them know and the girl, Isabel, was BEYOND rude, telling me that the veggie bowl does not come with guac, and that I ordered it wrong. When I asked if guac came with the veggie bowl she said«only if you ask for it» to which I asked her why she didn’t clarify that with me before I walked out with my food. She continued to tell me it was my fault for not asking for it and that I need to be the one to make sure they put it on there, at which point I asked for the corporate number. I will NEVER be back to this store. The store by the mall is friendlier, cleaner, and I leave satisfied with my orders every time.

I eat at Chipotle quite often. They’ve been in the news lately for food that has been making people sick(not in my state), so you’d expect that they would do something to increase customer confidence. This particular store has actually been getting worse, rather than better. They have been extremely skimpy on the food portions lately only putting half scoops per portion. I am not sure if they think people don’t notice that they take a full scoop of food and only put half of it on in the bowl. It’s a really bad way to win confidence. It wasn’t always like that there, but everyone in our group noticed the attempt the employees were making to cut back on the portions. At least I didn’t get sick and my food tasted good.

I ordered over the phone, one burrito it took a half hour… That’s a really long time to wait on food that takes five minutes to pass down a line…

The Barbacoa burrito with guacamole is so good, I’ve experienced late-night cravings. Plus, there are plenty of other options in terms of meat, tofu, and kiddie selections that it really does make for a good inexpensive lunch or dinner option. Parking lot is busy-ish but never too much so to find a space. Dining room is kept very tidy. It’s chain, but it’s the best of the build-your-own burrito bunch.

So, I’ve been coming here for a while. Every time has been a pleasant visit. Best«fast food» choice in my opinion. Today I ordered the usual bowl, where I after a couple of bites, find a hair in my food. So I talk to the cashier who offers me a new bowl which was fine, sh*t happens. I get halfway through the new bowl and find ANOTHER hair. At that point I had lost my appetite and just decided to leave the restaurant. I feel a little bad for only giving one star since all my other experiences have been good. Polite staff and so on. But finding hair in my food TWICE is unacceptable.

Super frustrated. If the people behind the counter aren’t going to listen to you they might as well be robots. When asked if I wanted salsa, I responded, «just a little bit of the mild salsa». She picked up a full scoop, I said«that’s way too much» and as she’s putting it on the burrito I’m saying“Wait! Wait!” She drops the full scoop on the burrito, slides it over to the next person behind the counter, and asks the person behind me if they want salsa. Now my mouth is on fire. Ugh.

It’s been a few months since I’ve been to this location, because the company I worked for moved out of the area, but I just got a job back in town, and boy has it gone downhill. :(I love the online ordering because you get a pickup time. Today, my time was 45 minutes after placing my order, ok, it’s lunchtime. No problem, except when I get there I have to wait an additional 15 minutes! Got no apology, or acknowledgement of the long wait time. A couple of the other customers waiting did. Get back to work, open my lunch and geez, what a shock — almost half of the amount of food I used to get. The black beans were under cooked, as well. Guess I need to find a different lunch spot.

Excellent food. Why it took me so long to get my fix on tacos with Chipotle is puzzling to me. This is the 1st time I tasted their Barbacoa tacos. Mine is corn tortilla, lettuce and medium green salsa. It taste great! I have brown rice too and it is excellent. What is just a bummer is that the guac and chips, you pay for it. Other restaurants, it comes with the meal the chips. The guac, I know that always cost extra. Wish they offer the chips free and option to buy the guac for a minimal fee. The store is clean. The servers are young and upbeat. I will definitely come back.

Their place is crammed into a busy shopping center, and parking is a little limited. There’s indoor and outdoor tables, but the inside is usually full. Went there on a Saturday night around 7pm, but only had about 2 people in front of us. After we sat down, there was a line to the door. I think it was about $ 7 for an burrito… I always get the fajita style veggies… I had to wait a few minutes because they ran out and had to cook a new batch. They had about 6 people working the front counter… but they still take time(kind of like Subway). Another favorite is the salted chips and guacamole, not too spicy. One burrito can really fill you up if you’re starved, and you don’t want any dessert(at home). So, my co-worker and I usually cut a burrito in half and have dessert afterwards on the way back to work. You can also order the same items in a bowl, and save on the tortilla, but it’s so soft and tasty! I noticed they’ve been out of carnitas for a couple of weeks… but they still have chicken, beef, tofu, etc., as the main filling. Many other toppings to add… all for the same price… rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, corn, etc. The only thing you have to pay extra for is the guacamole… in that case, it’s probably better to just get the chips and guacamole and dab a little on your meal. It’s nice they have Coke Zero, for those of us who are tired of the Diet Coke taste. Over-all, it’s a good place to eat, talk with other people, etc.

Degraded because service has faded. I order online to pickup here a lot — like 5 times a month. It’s every other visit I get the short end of the stick. I even had time to write this updated review because my order was not ready. Sometimes my order is not correct. I have really low confidence in this locations ability to deliver good service. This used to be my favorite location but not anymore. The people are nice and the restaurant is clean. The food is good quality and fresh. It’s just the last part — the service that needs to catch up because it messes up the rest of the customer experience. Come on Chipotlè, turn up the heat.

we are regulars at this location. went today to support our friends school fundraiser. I realized it would be busy. line around the room. we were patient. however, there were only 2 employees serving food and one cashier. the big guy making food was very slow and incompetent. he kept making errors and dumping food in the trash can next to him. I hate seeing him waste food like that. we finally got to the front of the line and stood there forever while he tried to figure out what was going on with the phone orders and the lady before us was already at the cashier. meanwhile more customers are piling in. four employees were in the corner table eating. we like the food however the service needs improvement. we appreciate that you support local schools and hope that you will have better staff for special events. 4 stars for food 2 stars for service 3 stars average
