Haven’t been here in forever and was unsure if I should even come here but was pleasantly surprised by great, quick service and bomb, delicious food ! Will be returning(:

COLDTOMMY’S — Gross! This is the second time this has happen. They had behind the counter a stack of hamburgers already pre-cooked and fries(Sitting Around). The employees wore gloves wile they prep the food, clean the kitchen and touch to their faces without changing gloves. The dining room was extremely dirty and the kitchen. I called management but had no response, so if you are management this happen on May Night at 8:45 p.m. Ticket # 77 –T=OOL I=1 C=103SODISAPPOINTED !!!

Stopped in with a very simple order… Chili cheese burger with chili, cheese, and onions only, and chili cheese fries. Ended up with a plain cheese burger. NO chili NO onions not even condiments. And chili cheese fries with NOCHEESE. Such a Disappointment.

Decided to try this tommy’s because we’ve always seen it next to jimmy dean’s, where we eat most of the time. Well, the hamburger and cheeseburger were pretty much the same as before. An average meat patty topped with mustard and chopped onions(we ordered it without pickles) and a lot of gooey chili. Can’t taste much of the burger, and half of the chili runs off the burger and makes the bun pretty soggy. The French fries weren’t too bad. They were thicker than I usually like, but they were crisp enough to enjoy through the whole meal. I had to add more salt to them. The medium soda was someone else’s large drink, and the various Coke product machine is always nice to go to. The place was busy for a Sunday night.

Great service’ best chili in town. IMO. Add lots of hot peppers if you are a strong willed and experience individual.

I absolutely love tommy’s. it’s a shame that there aren’t more of these around. I love a nice double cheese burger with chili on it. It’s a great place to get lunch whether you’re with your friends or trying to eat before work.

I eat here every now and then on the weekends. Their food is dirt cheap and the chili they are known for is living up to the name. The problem is that it is next to jimmy deans and del taco, which sometimes I decide to go to them instead lol.

Tommy’s has some ridiculous price increases no. As of March 2016, their 32 ounce chili to go is now $ 14.75! In January of 2014, it was $ 8.50 and in 2013 it was $ 6.50. Ridiculous!

This is the last chance to get your Tommy’s fix en route to Norcal. I love Tommy’s, but definitely eat at your own risk. Also, never get in line behind cops who are putting in an order for their entire station. My order came out after people who ordered after I did, low marks for that service. I ordered chili cheese fries, was that more complicated than two #1s behind me?

I came by here about 11 pm. There are only a few places I trust after a certain hour and Tommy’s is one of them. I ordered a simple cheeseburger. Don’t be one of those people who orders a cheeseburger from Tommy’s and complains that there is chili on it. Yes even though it says cheeseburger it still has chili on it. By all means feel free to say light chili or none at all but be prepared for the person taking your order to look at you crazy. Better yet just order the California Burger… it swaps chili for thousand island and lettuce. It’s not always advertised or on the menu but it is certainly available for those not wanting any chili. My cheeseburger was messy just the way it should be and tasted great. The chili cheese fries did not disappoint and I recommend adding onions and mustard to them, it’s no extra charge. They have a drive thru here, bathrooms, and tables outside. Dogs are allowed on leash at the tables outside. Just don’t eat here BEFORE you go to Magic Mountain since nobody wants you hurling on them from the Viper.

Awesome chili food! A tamale covered in chili, cheese, onions, pickles and tomato. Really good, do not try to eat this behind the wheel! It’s an older burger joint, plastic chairs and all. Good food served fast!

I wasn’t feeling too hungry, but hubby wanted a chili burger fix from Tommy’s, so we stopped by here to handle that. I ended up ordering some Chili Cheese Fries with mustard and onions added and for someone who wasn’t hungry, I sure had no issue plowing through that pile of deliciousness! I have always been a fan of their chili cheese fries, but these were extra tasty. They never look too appetizing, I mean the chili has no beans and looks how it looks, but it also tastes how it tastes and that’s good! It was a pile of greasy goodness and surprisingly the fries held all of the toppings well. The fries were not soggy yet seemed to soak up the grease from the chili and I happen to think it adds to the fries tasting damn good. Inside was clean and the employees were polite and helpful. There is a bathroom and a drive-thru. This is a location that is near Magic Mountain, so if you are looking for somewhere to grab quick grub outside of the park this is a great spot to stop. They also serve breakfast until a certain time each day, but you can ask for a fried egg on your burger at anytime of the day if that’s your thing.

*** Pit stop review(Valencia)*** This is a standard Tommy’s fast food stop. The thing that makes this particular location stand out is, well the location. It’s on the edge of a major city before heading into the grapevine(5 Fwy). Even though there are a few stop you can make along the way, it’s certainly a nice treat to make a stop here for a yummy Tommy’s breakfast sandwhich :-) Here’s what I liked… * Clean and friendly place. * Not too far from the freeway(a little less than a mile from Magic Mountain Pkwy) when traveling northbound on the 5 fwy. * Plenty of easy parking even for larger vehicles. * I almost forgot to say… the people are unusually friendly here. Just dropped by for breakfast and ran into two people happily smiling. Both times I was greeted by a «Hello» and«Good morning» along with some light upbeat chatter. Wow! There are places that still exist where you can find friendly people like this :-) Friendly positive people are awesome! Here’s what I didn’t like… * It’s not as close to an on-ramp/off-ramp as I would like. Food = great(as expected) Seating area = very clean Service = friendly Restroom = clean

Food itself was good, sometimes you gotta be patient with the food but I legit waited almost ten minutes for my food when there was NO customers. I was the only one in the drive thru waiting forever. My server had super long hair it didn’t look like it was in a hair net. After I devoured my burger I find a piece of hair on my chili. Hella gross, get some hair nets and some fast hands. They deserve half that star

This is my first time eating at Tommys and I will say this… it’s different! The burgers come with their famous chili and it’s out of this world! The food is reasonable which is nice and you’ll most certainly get your money’s worth. If you have not experienced Tommys perhaps swing by this particular location after leaving Six Flags magic mountain …

I’ve been here a couple of times. Once I got fast service indoors; the other time I got slow drive-thru service. Both times the people working there were friendly. The food was Tommy’s food, so you get exactly what you expect.

If you don’t know about Tommy’s chili burgers then go find out. Don’t come here for a diet friendly menu. Do come here for the best chili burgers, chili dogs, and famous chili fries. So glad SCV has one nearby. This one isn’t in an obvious location unless you are traveling near the 5 freeway. But go ahead and treat yourself and drive over and grab some famous chili. Put it on your burger. Put it in your fries. Put it in your mouth. :) This location is clean and efficient with the service. The manager is a nice guy who will greet you and oversee the orders to ensure quality service. When I want /need my chili fries and burger. I always head to Tommy’s. Pro Tip — if ordering to go, ask for your chili fries with the chili on the side. Then when you are ready to eat it your fries are hot and crisp and the chili fries together are fresh.

Good place to go for old fashioned chili cheeseburgers, dogs and fries. Interestingly enough the chili alone is just meh, but with the cheese, onions and extra thick slice of tomatoes, everything marries each other. Don’t forget those chili peppers. Another good thing is that the restaurant is bright and spotless.
