Although my husband thought Dr Pagliano was very thorough, his office staff needs some help in courtesy & how to look up insurance information! Our insurance pays 90% with a 10% co-​pay. When my husband came home, he said he paid almost $ 300! When I called the office, I was told the girl looked it up & that was the info she read. When I told her I had the insurance screen right in front of me, she then tried to blame my husband. Next time I will go & make sure I teach them how to do their job!

The Doctor (Dennis) is great. The receptionist (Debbie) is wonderful. Are you wondering why one-​star rating? Well the billing is handling by doctors wife, who is the reason why I cut four stars. She makes the life miserable from the moment you walk her only concern is whether you would make the payment or not?
First of all, they have a weird sign-​up process. They make you pay $ 250 initially on your first visit as a deposit — are you kidding me. I pay a lot of money for my PPO insurance, which is best in the industry and I disagree to pay any deposits — period.
Second, you need to leave your credit card information on their file (yes manually write down the 16 digits, code, etc.,) and authorization to charge to it unconditionally, for any money that is not covered/​paid by the insurance. Well, as a responsible citizen I take responsibility to pay my dues but I disagree leaving my credit card information with them to charge at their will. Come on, you are not the only medical facility in the valley or state or country. There are thousands of medical practitioners doing business but not this way.
The doctor’s wife cum billing coordinator is the only reason why I will not go back to this facility. I just can’t explain; you just need to experience that nagging about the payments.

So i was very nervous about going to get my ingrown toenail out and Dr. Pagliano made me feel no pain ! His staff is so sweet ! He really takes his time with you so every patient feels very cared for ! i would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone !

Loved Dr. Pagliano, very thorough, friendly, informative. Would recommend him to anyone. Great staff too.
