I stopped in on Friday night I believe, it was quiet and I was warmly greeted. I was given a sample of Orange Chicken and asked kindly if there was any way I could maybe have freshly made Orange Chicken; and just like that she agreed and in 10 minutes or so I was served up fresh everything in my order. Thank you so much to the whole team over there. I watched as the employees used separate rags to wipe clean the tables and maintain a healthy and good eating environment.

I went for lunch and had good service since there was no line. He offered me 2 samples. I ordered the chef special and the sesame chicken with ½ steamed rice and ½ mixed veges. The veges were out so I waited briefly for a fresh order of veges which I will always request. I will not accept any food that has been sitting out too long. As long as the food is fresh you know what to expect at Panda Express. My only disappointment is they no longer serve the tofu and eggplant which was my favorite. I hope they bring it back. I stop by this location whenever I have errands in this shopping center.

All the Panda restaurants are basically the same: «The Mcdonalds of Chinese food». This specific Panda: 2 ½ stars for the food(OK for fast food.) 4 stars for the place and location.(Clean and plenty of parking) 1 star for the people working there.(Maybe they are overworked or they just don’t want to be there)

Had a little bit of an extended wait but by the looks of it, they were short staffed. Other than that, I commend the employees that managed to keep the line moving and keeping the customers happy. I ordered the noodles, steamed vegetables, and eggplant & tofu combo. Very light and healthy and doesn’t weight you down. Came out super fresh and hot. I recommend it.

Usually clean, one star, pleasant people 2 stars, and then another star for fun. But this location SUCKS. Since I started working next door out of convenience I’ve been here 3 times and each time I tell myself maybe the other time was a fluke, maybe the food will be better now. NOPE Still the same old hard as a rock food. The two different days I’ve gotten samples the chicken was hard as a rock and tasted terrible. I’ve worked in a corporate food chain before and people cut corners, especially when testing temperatures. But these guys need to be checked on. I swear this food has to be sitting out forever and/or they’re over cooking. There’s a time limit food needs to be thrown out if it’s been sitting out too long and I question if they’re doing it. Do you’re mouth and stomach a favor and go eat real rocks instead. Even 2000 yo fossils are fresher lmao

This is the only locations that serves Eggpplant Tofu in Santa Clarita. I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Santa Clarita from Canada. They always make my food to order, I don’t mind waiting for few minutes for fresh food. Outstanding customer service and even better envoirment. Four stars due to cleanliness issues but I’m a fan of this spot

Well Panda is Panda, so mediocre is what I expected and what I got. What stumps me is that they do not put out any condiments. No soy sauce, no chili sauce, not even any sweetener for the tea. How cheap can you be??? You have to try to get an employees attention to request these things, and they look at you like they are doing you a favor. wtf

Although this is by no means great Chinese food, it satisfies the need for a greasy meal. However, the service is unapologetically sub-par. An employee named Fernando took our order and attempted to rush us despite the fact that no one else was in the restaurant. We asked for a large portion of mushroom chicken, to which he responded by holding up a small container, saying that’s what he would do. When we objected, he insisted we take the smaller portion and refused to fill our order. We ended up canceling the order altogether. If you want Panda Express that badly though, do you really care about the service?

Good place for a quick stop. Not the best Panda Express but I like the nice employees and that is a plus for me. Some items might seem soggy but then again you have to choose at the right time and not get an item that has been sitting there almost all day.

The service here was absolutely awful. A rude, pushy, unhelpful guy named Fernando took our order and he couldn’t have been worse. When we asked what we could get with a kids meal he just kept shoving the box in our face expecting us to know what that means. Our order(which had 4 different meals) was written down and he wouldn’t let us finish one meal before rudely asking what we want with the next one, I had to rudely interrupt him to get him to listen. Then as soon as two more customers got into line he started rushing us even more. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, rude, pushy, and expected us to know every detail of how their sides and entrees worked even though there were no labels. I guess he doesn’t realize that not everyone works there and knows the ins and outs of the place. Will never go here again and if you don’t want to get pissed off before eating mediocre food I suggest you don’t either.

This location uses leftovers from the previous day. I got there when it first opened for the day and in their warmers had small portions of old, shriveled up food that looked way past their peak. By the time I was ordering they had finished a batch of beef and broccoli and put it on top of the old ones so I ordered an entrée with it, thinking it would be safe. I was wrong, some of the old batch adhered to the new batch creating a risky beef and broccoli Russian roulette that made me walk away from the table all together.
