Vans

So today I went into vans and had the best customer service by one of the store managers. Her name is Marty. She’s very welcoming and definitely a great asset to the Vans team. A few weeks ago she also helped me make another purchase. She is reliable 100% of the time and I will definitely be a returning customer because of her!

I wear Vans shoes, but don’t wear their clothing or etc. This store is a NIGHTMARE during the holidays. Is it their fault? Of course not. It was expected. But the cashier that rang me, my mother and my son up seemed flustered or under trained. We bought a pair of joggers. She informed us that it was BOGO 50% off. There were no signs that suggested that. But of course we wanted to take advantage of a 10 $ pair of joggers. A sign would’ve been helpful both to us and the people in line behind us. My mother stood to the side and I ran and grabbed a pair. The cashier took the next customer, which was totally acceptable. It took her 20+ minutes to figure out how to do an exchange. Finally she rang us up. We requested a gift receipt for a gift for my boyfriend. She said it was in the bag and we were on our way. Luckily I double checked right outside of the store, and she gave me a gift receipt on something I didn’t even purchase? I’m assuming the person before us’s gift receipt? Whatever. The quick purchase turned into an hour long ordeal.
UPDATE: I was shopping for shoes for my boyfriend who wears a size 8.5 in men’s (average size) and was informed that they currently didn’t have high tops in any sizes over 6.5 in men’s (pretty small). What the heck? Annoying!

Favorite store to get shoes and I love their clothes as well. The employees are always really helpful and patient.

Just popped by to get new kicks and Michelle was great help. I was having trouble finding a style I liked, so she kept bringing out different shoes in my size until I finally got what I wanted. Michelle was extremely friendly and pleasant, making my shopping experience one of the best in a long time.

I was trying to wait to get customer service to come up to me and help me, but the problem was is that they didn’t even bother to hesitate to ask me whether if I need a size for a pair of shoes, or not. Also, store employees were just talking to each other and no one really does anything either, which is just downright sad.

Vans is a great place to get the vans shoes you want. This store has a really good selection of vans shoes, shirts, and other merchandise. Most of the time it seems to be better than other stores in the mall. I went there yesterday and got new white shoes for school. As always great customer service, keeping me up to date on the latest deals. Right now they have a promotion. Spend $ 50 today, get $ 20 off any purchase in September. Totally Cool! Would recommend.

This is a horrible store as sales associates are extremely pushy, they are always bringing out many shoes and trying to get you to buy socks, what’s up with that? Plus I went in a week ago and I’ve noticed that no one talks to you unless they know you are going to buy something. Extremely hard to get their attention as they are just socializing with each other. On top of that, my shoes don’t last longer than 3 weeks nowadays, it seems quality is not vans anymore like they used to, the glue on the sides are made cheap. Not recommended. One time, there were crumbs in my shoe box, as if they were eating and getting it on their products

Service is great! people are always nice and assist me with what ever!
