Receptionists there are not very organized. I made an appointment for my 1.5 year old son. I called because the online profile said they accept patients that young. At the time I made the appointment I made sure they were aware of his age and it was not an issue so I made the appointment for two weeks out. They took my number to call me back because they couldn’t find me under my insurance. I never got a call back for the insurance or a confirmation of appointment. The day of our appointment came so I made sure to call several hours ahead of time to make sure we were in fact on the books, and I again mentioned his age, the receptionist said yes we have you down. I show up at my appointment time, and the receptionist tells me she recommends I go to a pediatric dentist!!! What?! I took the day off work and my son skipped a day of daycare (which I still have to pay for the day) for her to turn me away?! Even with all the times I called and spoke to them about his age?! What a waste of time and money I suffered behind this receptionists lack of responsibility.

Just had a root canal done. Excellent staff and excellent experience ! Dr. Jackson is so nice and made me feel very comfortable ! Thanks :)!

Worst dentist office I’ve been to! I made an appointment for 1:00 PM and got there at 12:40PM. I was the first one there and had been waiting patiently for them to call me in. I didn’t get called in until 1:20 PM. Once I was there, the doctor didn’t come in for another 20 minutes to only stay for few minutes and said he will be with me in 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and still no show from the doctor. So I got up and left. What a waste of my time and lunch break.

Dr. Jackson is the best dentist! All my life I have been so fearful of dentists and the sheer pain they have caused me, not to mention the botched work they do on my teeth. Dr. Jackson does it right the first time with no pain involved at all. I will never go to another dentist, Dr. Jackson is painless dentistry at its best! His staff is so caring and helpful. Each one of them add a wonderful touch to the experience. I highly recommend you go see for yourself. Thank you Dr. Jackson!

If you hate going to the Dentist you should see Dr. Jackson. He has an amazing touch. I call him Dr. Painfree. I cringe at the thought of numbing shots. Dr. Jacksons touch is so amazing. I never have any pain. Above that his work is amazing. Dr. Jackson is a perfectionist. You will be pleased with his work. I have been a patient for 9 years.
