Best of the Bay Auto Body

I recently had the most wonderful experience with best of the bay auto shop! These two men Tim and Tom went beyond the duty to help my son get his 2008 Dodge Charger fixed and repaired like new. They came and picked up his car helped with the rental and within a week my son had a car delivered in our front yard waiting for him to drive away. We first took our car to another place and they didn’t even look under the hood .and just gave my son an estimate. Once Tim came over he opened the hood and pin pointed so many other things that my sons car need to be fixed to have a safe car. I was so happy to have an honest person show me that once his car would be finished it would be a safe car for him to drive. I am and so is my son is pleased at all the things they have done to make his car look new again .I will and have told my friends that this is the place to go if ever needed. Thank you Tim and Tom again for the professional work you have done!

A friend of mine recommended best of the bay in valley ford. I reluctantly drove out there, and am I glad I did. The drive was beautiful, and Tim, the owner, was a super nice guy, who did everything possible to get the estimate down, and even bought me a sandwich for lunch from the deli next door. When the work was done he came all the way in to petaluma to pick me up! The car looked fabulous! I would recommend them to anyone who needs there car repaired in a timely manner at the best price possible! I would give more stars if I could!

While I can’t comment on the body work (however, the shop looks impeccably clean and neat), I can say that the owner of this shop is an awfully nice guy. We drove up with a window stuck in the down position (I was dreading the ride back to Oakland b/​c it wouldn’t budge and the wind was roaring in my ear!), he fixed it in a minute and charged NOTHING! You can’t get better than that!

Oooops, my biggest mistake ever!
Their paint job is so unprofessional that after 2 month paint comes off the edges, the paint starts to bubble and you can see the sanding scratches were it died back. Also there is not enough clear on the car so it can not be buffed. All in all the biggest loss of money in my live!
