Great food and great price but delivery is a joke. Twice I have now waited over an hour for items. When I get them they are cold or WRONG. I love the food but will never use delivery again.

Stood at desk for a few minutes without being greeted. Was wanting to get away from my standard imos but left because there was no service. I can’t say it was bad or good because it didn’t happen. Ended up at imos instead and had 3 people greet me as I walked in the door.

Workers repeat swears and are having a party in the kitchen at this «restaurant. «Not only are they slow but set a bad example for the families present. A more mature manager required IMHO!

They suck. Rude. burnt pizza. Never go back to that crappy place. Sarcastic to my wife and seven year old daughter. Be smart go to south county location.

Do NOT order online from Cecil Whittakers! I ordered a lunch special (just salad and a small pizza) and it took over an HOUR to be delivered. I am a teacher in the area and only get a certain amount of time to eat and it didn’t get here in time. When I called to complain they said, «Yeah, you shouldn’t order online. They should be there any minute.» It was another 10 minutes until I called again and they said «it should be there any minute.» I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t offer an apology or anything. They even discouraged their company’s online ordering system, which should make things easier, not difficult. Very disappointed… I will not be ordering from them again!

I visit this location somewhat frequently and have inconsistent experiences, but most the time it is mediocre.
The food is usually decent, but I usually don’t have a craving to go here. It is more often an issue of convenience when dinner ingredients aren’t available at home. Typically we go on Tuesdays or Thursdays when they have cheese pizza deals. It is a cheap meal for the kids, but they of course make it up on the adults.
Last night when we went, I noticed how skimpy they were with toppings. I had pepperoni and onions. Surprisingly they skimped out on the onions. Usually there is an obnoxious amount of onions compensating for the lack of meat, but not last night. Otherwise, the pizza did taste good.
My other beefs I had last night and this is typical for this location is the service and cleanliness of the dining room. We sat down and it took over five minutes of the waitress walking back and forth before greeting us. She went out of her way to not make eye contacts as if that would make her invisible to us. The service was somewhere between a buffet and good table service. It seems like every time we visit they are short handed, so maybe it wasn’t here fault.
The other problem is the cleanliness of the dining room and this problem may stem from the lack of staff. I love chicken wings, but one of the most repulsive things when sitting at a table is a chewed apart chicken bone. We had the pleasure of a couple of them under the table; very appetizing. As I looked around, I noticed several dirty tables and one person seating themselves wiping off their table.
I’ll continue coming here, but they need to step up their table service and get some help cleaning the place up.

Hadn’t had «St. Louis» style pizza before. Very thing crust, good sauce, pretty good all in all. Would definitely go back, but wasn’t the greatest place in the world either.
