This Game Stop is super tiny. The customer service is sometimes a hit or miss, depends on who is working there. They have everything a regular Game Stop would have except in smaller portions. They barely have any good displays, but I guess that doesn’t really matter to game-heads. If you already know what you looking for, come here. I would recommend.

I think this place is under staffed. Or maybe it was just the few times I’ve been here. It was the release day for some game(wish I could remember what) and the place was a mad house and there were only two guys working, as far as I can see. Now the line wasn’t too bad but I find that the friendliness of the workers kind of held the place up a bit. Don’t get me wrong, I love friendly and helpful workers but there is a point to draw the line. Some guy that clearly works in the mall came in here. He was there before I arrived and the 20 minutes it took to help me. he was there trying to hold a full conversation with the guy at the register. Bro, get out of here! He wasnt even buying anything just chatting. I’m all for chatting but he was thoroughly distracting the guy and just standing in the way. Beat it sure. Aside from that, they are on point. Even when its just two of them in there. They usually have what I’m looking for and the guys will help you find what you need and do a great job of explaining the whole trade in policy and stuff.

One thing about GameStop is that I find their staff to be always in the up & up as far as tech is concerned, and they did not disappoint. This store was on the upper level, there may be 2 in the same mall. I was interested in the XBox Kinect and they answered all my questions and more, enthusiastically… Made me feel special… but that’s another story. If you are in the area, give them a try.
