There is a better salon in town and its not this one. i go every week to a different one and its amazing. i have been here and every one is talking about every one, th place is small and i don’t like it.

They are pretty decent at doing eyebrows, that is why I gave them 3 stars. I took away 2 stars because it seems like their pricing is not consistent. I’ve been there about 5 – 6 times and each time I’ve gone there, they charged me a different price for the exact same service (full face threading). They don’t have a price list up, so you can’t even call them out on it. I can’t even prove it to them that they charge me different each time because I pay with cash and they don’t give receipts. I would love to continue going there but I don’t like the feeling of being ripped off. So I will continue my search for a great and HONEST eyebrow place.

I’ve been going here for the past 4 years already and they’ve never disappointed. All of the ladies know their stuff and they’re very accommodating when it comes to how you want your eyebrows. They’ve also taught me a few things about eyebrows and now I get tons of compliments on my eyebrows all thanks to this place. They have plenty of street parking and they have a rewards card that you can punch in each visit. Highly recommend it!

Best place to get your eyebrows threaded in the area. Everyone here is super friendly and talented at what they do. I haven’t gotten anything else done here, but if you are looking to get threaded this is definitely the place to go!

I’ve been going to this place since 2008. They’re very nice sisters and very friendly. They always advise me to come back every 3 weeks, which I think is a little too soon to be getting my eyebrows done. I also have a job and I go to school, so I very rarely have any free time to come back every so often. When I come back, which could range from a month or 2 months later, I always hear the same complaint about how I should come back every 3 week, my eyebrows are too bushy, etc. It gets way too overplayed, way too quickly. But hey, I liked the way my eyebrows look after going to them, so I suck it up.
Yesterday was the last straw for them. I went in at around 12:20pm and as I was walking towards the door, a customer walked out. I entered and the lady goes «Oh, I’m sorry I already did 3 customers and I’m alone, can you come back in 45 minutes?» I was taken back. I told her that I could not because I have work for 1:00pm. After hearing that, I would’ve assumed that she would’ve squeezed me in. I am, of course, a customer who is willing to pay to get her eyebrows done. She immediately said sorry, and started walking towards the back.
What? You actually turned away a loyal customer that has been coming there since 2008? I couldn’t believe it. As a retail associate, I believe that you should NEVER turn away a customer. They’re the reason why your business is still there.
I’m sorry, Herbal Beauty. I liked you until you turned me away. You will never see my face again, and I will tell everyone about my horrible experience with you guys. That is not how you run a business. Never turn away a loyal customer. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I am a «regular» client here for the past 3 – 4 years so I feel that it is time to write a small review. I am a male-​mid twenties and I have some relatively bushy brows. My sister advised me to go here as she is very picky with her spots. Not only is this salon efficient to get me cleaned up, but its relatively inexpensive to get threading done. They offer a «frequent customer» card, so after the 5^th threading session, the 6^th is free. Buy 5 get 1 free is OK in my book. You need to remember the small punch card.

Best threading and waxing by far. Facials are also really good. Both sisters are experts and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Herbal. I am very particular and have been going there for years.
