Horrible service, unclear warrantee policies, and over priced jewelry. You’re better off spending your money at a really jewelry store.

This location lacks customer service. When I approached the counter the person seemed irritated I was there. I bought gold earrings for my baby and without asking for my approval she adds the extended warranty plan for an additional fee. Luckily I read the screen before swiping my card. The extended warranty is a freaking scam in itself that only covers damaged earrings not lost earrings but they don’t inform you of that portion. Only 2 stars because of the selection of jewelry
