I have very curly hair and Kayla really knows how to cut curly hair very well. She also does a job with the blow dry– I haven’t found anyone else who is able to get my hair as straight and smooth as Kayla!

She has also taken care of many of my wigs. She has treated them with the necessary care to upkeep their shelf life. Kayla has also cut my children’s hair. In the bridal hair and makeup industry, its not only nerve wrecking to do the perfect job on a bride but it’s just as nerve wrecking to recommend someone else. Kayla is amazing!!! I am a hair and makeup artist myself but I wanted to get pampered:) she dyed and styled my wig exactly how I wanted and she is amazing at everything she does!!! I’m sure everyone can say the same! If anything be says otherwise they just don’t know what they are talking about!!!

Less than a week before my wedding I found myself with two sheitels (wigs) that were totally the wrong colors (I’m blonde and one was ashy/​green and the other had auburn rooting and my roots are brown) and needed to be styled… the situation was more than a little bit desperate! A friend recommended Kayla and she totally saved the day! She rescued my wigs (and my sanity) on such short notice and gave me so many tips on how to wear, care and store my wigs so they don’t get ruined. I also really valued her passion/​excitement for her work and her total honesty!!! I felt like I was in good hands. Kayla was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a hair and makeup artist for my wedding, and I am forever grateful to that friend. Kayla was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was not only reliable and professional but incredibly talented. She patiently helped me find the awesome hairstyle that would work best for me, skillfully weaving in extensions and braids into a Jessica Alba– inspired ‘do that made me feel like a star. She followed my instructions about keeping my makeup as natural as possible while still looking good on camera and I have beautiful pictures of my special day thanks to her artistry and expertise. So even though I don’t live so close to valley village, I still bring my wigs to her whenever they need styling because there’s nothing like a stylist you can trust. Just had another great hair experience with Kayla! My wig had faded over the four years I’ve had it, and she was able to color it to my exact hair color with the addition of some gorgeous highlights. For my own hair, I wanted something short and simple and easy to care for, and Kayla delivered. Additionally, she was able to give me an appointment at a very convenient time for me (on Sunday). She also cut my husband’s hair and he looks extra handsome :) A wonderful experience overall.

Kayla has cut, dyed, styled my hair for a couple of years now. I have not one bad word to say. Our first time she had to fix a botched job that another stylist did for me. i thought it was hopeless but she worked her magic and i looked awesome. After that i will never go to anyone else. Shes super sweet and super talented. She can color like no other! and i have to say she is a perfectionist which is awesome for us, the client. i have told her, i wish i can carry her in my pocket because she always makes me look so pretty.
