Great for a fast lunch. Small buffet but good food. Friendly customer service when they understand you.

Really yummy phở. Reasonable and would be really fun for a date night. P3 on the menu is a personal favorite

I was feeling a cold coming on and was craving Phở. This place was recommended by many different people. We had the P2, phở with meat and onions. Also had the A2, spring rolls. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! I highly recommend this place for great Vietnamese food.

Wow. Quality and quantity. I ordered the P5(phở with steak and meatballs), and fried egg rolls. The portion size was surprisingly way more than I expected from a typical phở joint. I mean there was a lot of noodles and meat. The broth was okay– not the best I’ve had, but definitely not bad. The place looked clean and the service was good. I would definitely go back for more.

First time. Had the shrimp, chicken and pork fried rice. Delicious and piping hot. Hubby had ribeye phở. He gave it five stars plus smiley face emojis. Finally a decent place to get phở! Service is gracious and prompt. Prices are very reasonable.

Some visiting friends and I were missing our New Orleans Vietnamese cuisine and decided to make the short trip from FWB to here. Upon entry, the place was a little warmer than I’d prefer and were promptly seated at a table. There was only one other table in the restaurant on this Tuesday. The décor is something out of the 70s-80s but doesn’t particularly bother me. We ordered the fried spring rolls and vietnamese spring rolls. Both very good and fresh! I ordered Phở requesting brisket and meatballs. Totally yummy and perfect broth. My friends got a different dish and said it was good. The only downfall was the service. It was just one guy but the restaurant filled up pretty quickly during our time there and ended up taking a while to get drinks refilled and check. I wouldn’t call it horrible service by any means, but not an A+ either. I’ll be back though soon!

I live in Pensacola but had to commute to Niceville for 2 weeks to train for a new job. This little place has great phở. I had lunch here several times & it was delicious everytime.

Excellent Phở: the special, beef meatball, and eye round are all great. The chicken phở is super clean too and perfect for if you need chicken soup foe a cold. Very lean & tender chicken. The dark chili paste is excellent in the beef based Phở. The spring rolls are pretty good too I wish they still had Bahn Mi.

We literally stumbled across this by accident. We had pulled into a parking lot to review a map. My daughter had wanted ‘Asian food but not Thai again’ since the day before. We saw this place and, aside from not being a huge Vietnamese food fan myself, we opted to try it. It was quite busy when we arrived(only one or two tables were open). They appeared to only have one waitress, who was mostly succeeding in keeping up with the rush. My wife & daughter both got a beef-and-noodle Phở dish. I got a vegetarian noodle dish. They both really liked their dish and the volume was such that they both had leftovers. I finished most of my dish; it was okay, but this wasn’t really what I’d pick if traveling solo. In all, we liked it quite a bit. I’m sure 2⁄3 of our party would happily return.

I gotta be honest when it comes to Phở I’m on the same side I was on in The Rap Wars of the 90’s.West Coast all the way… East Coast Phở for the most part is a dreadful combination of broth a few incorrect noodles and strange meats that appear to have been collected from the road side. After seeing several positive reviews for this place and seriously craving some Phở I decided to give it a shot… Phở Nguyen is located in a fairly run down strip center in Valparaiso right next to a Goodwill Store… When you walk in it’s a two room restaurant with the main dining room to the left and the front room being a place to pay and pick up To Go Orders… As I went at an odd time I was the only one there so service was quick and I was waited on by various members of the family that worked there… For a starter I got the Cha-Gio{Fried Egg Rolls).the order had 3 fried egg rolls stuffed with pork and vegetables and they were served with a excellent dipping sauce… these were quite good… good start, but my thought was anyone can make egg rolls lets see how The Phở is… after looking at all the various Phos I went with the Phở-Tai-Bo-Vien which was a Phở with Rice Noodle, Round Steak, Beef Meatball and Onion… a few minutes later it came out in a massive bowl and with the accompanying plate of Thai Basil and Sprouts… after putting Thai Basil. Hoisin Sauce.Sriracha Sauce and Red Peppers in The Phở I was ready to taste. the verdict is it was surprisingly good… the broth had a nice taste and they did not skimp on the steak or meatballs… a pretty damn good bowl of food for less than 10 bucks. is it as good as West Coast Phở?.. No.but Biggie was not as good as Tupac either… would I go back? Phở Sure!!{sorry I could not resist), but just keep that on the down low with my west coast crew… easy 4 stars for The FWB/Destin Area and I think you will be happy if you make the trip to this part of town

We came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and we sat fairly quickly. They have a large menu and great lunch specials. As for authenticity, they miss the bar. Not all the dishes are Vietnamese(some are actually chinese dishes) but they’re still pretty good. My veggie delight dish was oily and slightly salty. My husband ordered a bahn mi sandwich and the meat was definitely seasoned to taste like authentic Vietnamese beef but it was dry and tough like jerky. The sandwich also contained mayo, which was a really strange addition the sandwich. Oh and the carrots were not pickled. It still tasted good but it will disappoint you if you’re expecting an authentic bahn mi sandwich.

I was in the mood for Phở so I looked at Unilocal and this place had great reviews, so what the heck? Went by myself, and there were 3 families dining when I walked in and I was greeted by the owner«sit wherever you’d like». Within a minute of me sitting down, the owner came out of the kitchen and took my order. Spring rolls, Phở Bief and Thai Iced Tea. Before I knew it, a waitress dropped off my spring rolls as the owner walked out stirring my iced tea. «Got to mix the tea with ice to cool it off!» He said. Wow, both were super fresh and tasty. Phở came out a few minutes later, boiling hot and filled to the rim! I like my Phở spicy so I added Thai basil, jalapeños, hoisin and Sriracha sauce for some kick. Very flavorful broth with just the right amount of noodles and meat. Awesome meal!

OMG, what a find. We flew into Panama City then drove into Destin. At the half way point, we found this gem. This place has very good Phở, Bun Bo Hue(spicy beef noodle soup), and rice dishes. The price is a bit higher than an average Vietnamese restaurant, but the food quality makes up for it — plus they virtually have no competitors in the area. Take it from a Vietnamese Unilocaler, this place is legit. Enjoy.

I have been wanting to check out this phở place since the one in Destin is just terrible. The reviews at the time show it to be a great place to come and get a good bowl of phở, and I have to say that it did not disappoint me at all. To start, if you are coming from Santa Rosa Beach, expect a good hike to get out there, but know that you won’t be disappointed at all. It is located in Valparaiso, and kind off to the side. Once in the restaurant, it was pretty much like any small mom and pop phở house. The chairs and table simple… the cook is grandma while the son runs the shop… and it looks to be his kids waitering the tables. What I like the best is the menu. Its a very small amount of choices compared to what I am used to in Dallas, but that’s just it… They focus on what they are good at making. I had the wonton and bbq noodle soup and an iced coffee. The first thing I want to note is that the broth was amazing. If they used any MSG, I didn’t notice it. It seemed more like the traditional broth that they used by taking their time to cook it overnight. That was just fantastic. I also like the Vietnamese iced coffee that they had. The best part of it all was that it was very fast service. Food came out quick and still was delicious. This is officially my phở house for the area when I come back on my yearly beach vacation.
