The cheese pizza I ordered was quite good, crispy, the right cheese to sauce to dough ratio. The crust was tasty and not bland. The only minus was that parts of the pizza smelled like wet rag so I had to not inhale with my nostrils while eating. I hope it was the herbs that caused the funny smell.

Friendly service, great food, good prices! I’d recommend the antipasta salad and slice of sausage pizza!

It was my fault for not looking at these terrible reviews before I placed my order. The food of course arrived way past its promised delivery time. The driver called from his car asking me to come down to pick up my food. I couldn’t leave the kids upstairs alone in the apartment. He began to tell me if I didn’t come down he would leave. He eventually came up. Sat down to eat after waiting 1hr 32minutes. Completely disappointed. So I called the store to complain and got nothing but defensive responds. Not a single apology. The young lady who answered insisted the food was up to par. The pizza was stale and cold. Taste like it was defrosted from the freezer. How is this place is still in business? Your menu belongs on the wall of shame.

Wow. It has been a couple of years since I have been back in this area and we ordered from Ario’s. Really disappointed. We ordered a large thick crust pizza with sausage and peppers. 1) the large measured 14″ across. Way small. 2) there were like 6 small pieces of sausage on the entire pizza. So there were several slices of pizza with NO sausage at all. 3) the pizza dough tasted bland and doughy, if that makes sense. Really bad tasting pizza. We will try them again in case this was just a bad night. Really hope they improve and serve up some pizza like they used to.

I ordered delivery from this place twice using Eat24. The first time it took them two hours before I got my food, which of course was cold upon delivery(and mediocre at best), then today they apparently never received my order at all, though they charged me and the order status indicated they had confirmed receiving my order an hour and fifteen minutes prior. I don’t know if the problem is with Eat24 or this particular restaurant but I highly doubt I will be giving my business to either of them again.

Ordered deliver. Ordered the Hawaiian Calzone and the Combo fish and chicken dinner. The calzone was basically a cheese and pineapple calzone. The ham that was in there was paper thin lunch meat, maybe 2 – 3 little pieces. The marinara that came with it was basically red water(guess they were running out and trying to stretch it). The chicken and fish were overcooked, not burned just hard as a rock and dried out like it was either in the fridge/freezer too long or reheated after being cooked, The fries looked like they ere cooked in old oil. The salad looked wilted and the dressing had been sitting so long it had a dark skin on it. Wound up throwing the dinner away. Delivery took 1 hr 15 min. Banquet fried chicken would have tasted better. My co-workers go here for lunch a lot and rave about the taste, now I know their sense of taste is suspect. Most of the time when they recommend a place it sucks… I thought it is a calzone… how bad can the screw it up? Pretty bad. No more recommendations from my co-workers. A TV dinner is fine dining compared to this junk. I see the health dept gave them a «B» if I had known that I would not have ordered because there are plenty of «A» rated places… why take a chance on getting sick?

I’m not the type to write a review, but 2 hours for delivery is just ridiculous. Lost appetite and never ordering again.

This place is awesome! I’ve only ordered delivery, but every time it’s been awesome. The first time I ordered the chicken Parmesan, and was so surprised by the size of the dish! It was HUUUUGE! The second time I ordered the meat raviolis. And some cake, but I guess they were out of both so they called me! We decided on cheese ravioli with meat sauce and a brownie. Mmmmmm. Great job!

I gave this place several chances but unfortunately I was disappointed every time. They either didn’t get the order right or something always happens and I hate to say the food is not good. I won’t be going back again, personally.

Absolutely amazing food. Chicken parm was incredible. Was very surprised when i ate this for going on a whim and ordering here. Pizza was just how i like it back east. The price is shockingly very inexpensive for the size and quality of the dishes. Only complaints are that it was an hour till closing and they were out of almost everything i ordered and i had to change my order multiple times. They also forgot the free pizza i was supposed to get as advertised and the pork kabobs my girlfriend ordered were not kabobs. Just pork chops, no sticks. Overall i would eat here again but would just make sure it was earlier so they could make what i wanted.

Ohhhhhh man. I ordered pizza from here a while back and it just was not good. At all. The pizza tasted like cardboard, with very little sauce or cheese to really go with the dough. In all, it was a very disappointing experience. With so many pizza options, I highly doubt I see myself ordering from here again.

I love, love, love Arios Pizza! I order from them at least once a week. Their chicken kebab plates are amazing, and their pizza and burgers are also great and very well priced. Best of all is their desserts– amazing chocolate chip brownies, cheesecake, and my personal favorite– the carrot cake. It is SO hard to find decent carrot cake with no nuts, raisins, or pineapple. But Arios’ cake is moist, the frosting has the perfect amount of cream cheese, and I would eat it every single day if I could. The carrot cake, actually the entire menu is great! The only truly bad thing I’ve ever ordered was the fried ravioli. I always order delivery and usually get it about 30 – 45 mins later. And the woman who answer the phone is the best– she substitutes ingredients for me, occasionally allows me to order even after the restaurant is officially closed, and when I call she always greets me by my first name. It is the kind of family owned restaurant that is sorely lacking in the valley.

Tonight I ordered potato skins, meatball marinara, cheese sticks and baked ravioli. Figured we’d all share and pick and choose. Here is the verdict: Baked Ravioli — disgusting. Tasted like canned cat food in a soggy, chewy pasta wrapper but with a over-cooked edge. It was really bad. Potato skins — Potatoes were very undercooked. Toppings nearly non-existent. One small nibble was all we managed. Terrible. Cheese sticks — Not bad. Not the worst I’ve had. Very middle of the road at best. Meatball Marinara — Again, not bad but average at best. I will never order from here again. I’m down $ 35 with delivery/tip and regretting this restaurant choice big time.

This place is a whack. Took an hour and half to get me my cheeseburger. The delivery guy was strolling up like he had no where to go. Didn’t say anything. Finally I open my meal and even before that I knew, it was cold. Not one french fry was edible. I’m making them redo it. I also think i ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they jipped me on that too. Yup. No bacon. I want a refund. I called and got a refund right before they delivered me a replacement. Second one is burnt. And still cold. Glad I got a refund. Gordon Ramsey needs to go to this place.

Food? Awful. Customer service? Nonexistent. I had to wait over an hour for my order of Chicken Parmigiana and Fettuccine with a slice of cheesecake. It was surprising that my food was still hot after all that time. Although it was a huge portion, the quality was lacking. Everything was packed together and mixed in this very bad tomato sauce. The breading of the chicken was gross and gummy and the pasta was overcooked and tasteless. The cheesecake was frozen btw. Ultimately, no sense of urgency from the staff and nobody seemed to care. Just a bad experience overall :(

I should have read the reviews before I even pick up the phone. I order fried raviolis, med pizza, spaghetti, and fries. The wait time was suppose to be an hour. It was over an hour by 7 mins. Gave them a call, they said driver is in the way. So literally got the food 1 hour and 17 mins! They should have called to let me know it’s gonna take longer. First off, fried ravioli was terrible. Not even fried looked like uncooked ravioli with ranch. Disgusting! Pizza arrived cold when the cheese was already harden. Crust was chewy. At the time spaghetti was ok. But now as I write this review my son who ate the spaghetti vomit it all. It didn’t settle through. Definitely not worth my money. Terrible food as well as service.
