I been going there for years! I love their chicken & beef the quality is great. Good prices.

Rude! Rude! Rude! I called to see about doing business with this place and they hung up on me before I even got a word in edgewise! All I did was ask to speak to a manager and they just hung up the phone.

dont go all food is shit and the place stinks

A small market, with good service, not super friendly, but courteous. I passed by the meat department and the meats look nice and fresh.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shopped here bc it was in the way home on the right side. The store felt it was 20 degrees, it was vacant, and I know why it was empty. The produce had mushy bruised apples, the oranges looked like somebody sucked the life out of it. I was looking for sour cream and found that some containers were expired a couple of days ago. I normally don’t look at expiration dates but this place felt so shady. The cash register guy placed my bag of meat with the rest of my groceries, I asked him if I could have another bag, he did, but kinda gave me a weird look. I’m sorry! But I dont like mixing my meat with my other groceries you never know when things will leak in the trunk of your car.

Why do I keep thinking I have reviewed most of these places and in reality I HAVEN’T! gggggrrrrrrr OK well let me get down to the good stuff
This Market is a bit creepy, and I mean creepy because I’ve been there at least twice and both times I walked in and there was no one else there besides the meat guy and the cashier. I mean wtf??! I feel like I’m in some little western town or some weird little village place from a movie. I dunno I just don’t feel all that comfy shopping in here. This second time I went was with someone which was a bit OK. They don’t have any REAL good deals on their items and they DON’T carry much inventory for the chip lovers. The place is clean for the most part which keeps them from getting a 2 star from me. I’m not sure if it’s because of their location or because they lack that
«good feeling» you should get when you are in a market or grocery store that makes me get that creepy feeling I was talking about. It’s convenient if your right around there and you happen to need something at that moment or if your driving back home and you say «OH SHIT! I forgot to buy the tostadas my mom asked me for» type of thing you get me? I will go back no question because it’s on the route that I take going home but it’s def not the grocery store I will head to from my house when I need to go buy groceries.

You can find ever thing with the over the top customer service and the lowest prices anywhere else. I been to other huge supermarket and left without finding what I needed. I felt very comfortable with this place as soon as I entered the door. I recommend everyone I meet to shop at Balboa market.
