C Perez Sprinkler and Landscape

This has been by far the easiest home project we’ve had done so far. I was looking for someone to either install turf or sod, couldn’t decide. Cipriano came for a consultation within days of my inquiry, discussed the pros and cons of artificial turf vs. sod in our yard (we have aggressive weeds). I asked for some turf samples and he dropped them off the next day, and we scheduled an installation for the next week. The work was done on schedule and on budget. They hauled away all of the old grass and a hefty layer of dirt, made sure that the base was level, then added layers of gravel and DG sand before laying the turf with great attention to detail. There were no gaps or odd edges at all — even though they were working with a VERY irregular space. Unbelievable. Oh, they also helped me make a pathway through another part of the yard and I don’t think they charged me for it. I can highly recommend this company to anyone considering artificial grass, and I’ll bet they do a great job of sprinklers and sod as well.
