Awful! First I googled this location and it showed that the location was closed. It was Saturday afternoon and I thought this was strange so I called to verify. A girl answered the phone. I asked if they were open and she said yes. I explained that the hours posted online were wrong. She said well you can’t believe everything you see on google. She was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I was shocked. Isn’t it up to the store to post the proper hours on Google? This is the most basic thing to do if you have a business. So my husband and I ended up going to the store anyway since we were in the area. We go there and wait to get served. I can already tell we were going to have a bad experience because of the way the girl behind the counter was treating the people in front of us. Very short, very rude, throws the ice cream in front of the customers. Okkkkkkk. So when it is our turn I place my order, coffee lovers only. Then the person tells me they do not have nuts, no nuts of any kind. This is quite shocking. It is nuts, how can you not notice when you run out? Someone obviously is not doing inventory well. To make matters worse the ice cream was melted, it obviously has not been kept at the correct temperature. The ingredients were STALEEEEEE. Why is this location still in business!!! This store was horrible! Employees do not have name tags so I could not get the name. Girl was 5’3 black hair hispanic. She was wearing a random t-shirt and pants. Not the coldstone uniform I have seen before. Also there was another girl in the back wearing a short ass tight mini dress. Looked like she was going clubbing not really coming to work. Anyway I am pissed! I HORRIBLESERVICEHORRIBLEICECREAM! NEVERGOINGTOGOTO A COLDSTONEAGAIN!

I placed an online order for their«ready to go» cupcakes since I was buying them last minute. I ordered it at 9 am in the morning and immediately received a confirmation of my order stating it’ll be ready for pick up at 1 pm the same day. I was running late and ended up arriving at the store at 1:40 pm and waited 10 minutes for the only employee to come out from the back. When I said I was there to pick up the order, she went to the back to call her manager. She explained to me that they do not have any«ready for pick up» cupcakes in stock and they can fulfill my order at 5 pm. I asked her why would their online ordering confirm it’ll be ready when it’s not. She said she’s sorry but she cannot do anything about it. I asked her if I can contact her manager and all she gave me was an email address. Then she told me another person, Alyse, will be calling me back when she gets in after 2. Alyse did call me back to apologize and I told her that it was a big inconvenience since I had kids waiting and I had to show up empty handed. Her excuse is that the website is not aware of their inventory. So why be part of the online ordering then? I suggested that maybe in the future they should confirm their online orders directly with the customers so if they do not have inventory they can let the customers know ahead of time so we wouldn’t waste our time driving to their facility. I will never do business with this location again and will make sure anyone I know is aware of my experience. I will also send a strongly worded letter directly to their headquarters so they know how this branch is representing their brand.

This review is for Andrew, working the closing shift on 1÷25÷16. Andrew is the greatest thing to have happened to this Coldstone. The last time we were here, we were very disappointed with the service. However, on this occasion, we had the pleasantry of having Andrew. When we arrived, the place was absolutely packed and only Andrew was working the counter. You could tell he was working as hard as he could to serve everyone. Yet, when it came to our turn, he made us feel like we were the only ones in the store, giving us the warmest smile and most professional attitude. He got us our ice cream creations as soon as he could, yet made with the utmost care, and we couldn’t be happier. He deserves to be a general manager and at the very least, a significant raise! Thank you for the pleasant experience, Andrew!

I absolutely love their ice cream and the service was great!!! The one thing that truly ruined it was this: I step in and I check in on Unilocal.Immediately a $ 3 off offer pops up and there’s a button that says«use now» and so I click on it. A count down starts saying I have to use it within this time, which is fine because I’m about to pay in a sec. I show it to the girl and she apologizes for not being able to use it unless it’s printed out because they have to staple it to the receipt. Dear Cold Stone Creamery, do you honestly believe that people are gonna take the time, finding a printer, wait for it to print and then remember to bring it in? Not to mention the waste of paper situation. I guess you just don’t care. Know this though, it’s better to not offer anything than to offer crap. OMG What A Shame!

This is ridiculous went here and there management has to be so terrible. They ran out of strawberries, gummy bears and peanut butter etc… Terrible business move to keep this person in charge, if they can’t even stay on top of something so easy. They should just shut down with all the people that got turned away when I went in.
