Same problem as Jamie. I just called her for the design to be emailed me. I ordered items back a few months ago. She said if they don’t reorder in the next couple of days they delete the file so I would have to pay for another setup. Ridiculous. I went to them because they have been around for awhile. Always check Unilocal

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I dropped off items to be embroidered 6mos ago. The women never emailed me the design as promised. Then I get 2 angry phone calls to come and pick up my items. I just went out of my way to pick up tonight and the items aren’t embroidered! 2 employees argued with each another in front of me and one of them asked me to come back in December because these were stockings and I didn’t need them until then. Absolutely awful. The way the one woman spoke to me was so unacceptable. I will never ever recommend this company. If I could give no stars, I would.
