In-N-Out Burger

Not as good as Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I had friends from the West Coast rave about In-​N-​Out burger, and yes, the burgers there were pretty good. I felt like a seasoned veteran ordering my Double Double animal style. But the fries were lame and the milkshake Maureen got was not great by any means — you can get a better shake at McDonald’s.

I will not come back to this in n out. Yes their service is fast and the place is clean. However they are focused on the speed of the orders instead of the food presentation and getting their orders right. Aside from the fact that they got my order wrong, they forgot my milkshakes and I had to keep asking for them after I had received my food. (Such a hassle that it just wasn’t worth going back to let them know my order was wrong.) I got charged for a double double when all I asked for was the cheeseburger. Fries were cold and soggy– like if they were sitting out for a while. The place was extremely packed. Ridiculous line outside-​which is expected. But there was even more people inside. No one asked the mothers to hold their children which kept running throughout the establishment. They ran into people a couple of times. Just — worst experience at an in n out I have EVER had. They should work on how they present/​prepare the food and making sure kids aren’t running into people who are waiting for their food.

I ordered a #2 and a #1 with an extra cheese burger and the guy had given me extra spread, peppers, and ketchup. I was amazed and it was great for me cause I didn’t have to ask. I will continue coming here cause the service is fast, the food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. Thank you for being an awesome team and pleasing customers even me to the highest max! U guys rock!

EVERYONE knows in-​n-​out takes about 10 minutes to have your food ready. Not much different than another in-​n-​out very friendly staff always with a smile on their face ready to serve you. My only complaint would be the dirty tables but I could understand this place is always a full house and as soon as you see someone give up their seat no later than a minute another customer is already sitting down ! 5 stars in my perspective

This particular In-​N-​Out is not as clean as the rest. Every time I’m here (husband’s choice) the floors and the tables are dirty. There’s never a crew member circulating amongst the rabble cleaning tables like there is at other In-​N-​Outs. In fact, everyone is behind the counter, gabbing away. However, the food is consistent in quality. The vent fan in the bathroom is LOUD and dying. I told a crew member about the vent fan and she said, «it’s supposed to be that loud.» NO, it isn’t! Spend $ 200 and get a Panasonic, In-​N-​Out. You’ve got more money than God.

Best burgers in California hands down!!! Love their cheeseburger or just hamburger with extrra onions animal style or raw. Great milkshakes and very fresh french fries too and the customer service, always friendly!

Came here late night to get some food and the workers where friendly and quick
It was around 12 and there where no lines or a wait it seems like it was more busy inside than outside

If you come to In N Out is known you will have to wait, but the wait is absolutely worth it, outstanding customer service and quality food, if you wait is not because the employees are slow or are slaking off, is because they are always busy. Thank you In N Out for been part of our community.

I’ve probably written 2 bad reviews ever on Unilocal I can’t believe one of them is gonna be about in n out. I’ve been to in n outs all over California and they’ve never messed up my order. Now that not the problem. The problem is when I saw they got my order wrong they said they would fix it immediately. And by fixing it they meant just pull the extra ingredients it had and put it back together into a mess. Id expect something like that from McDonald’s but never in n out. Congrats on being the worst store I’ve ever been too. Enjoi.

An In-​N-​Out where you can sit down?! Mind = blown. This is one of my default locations when I am craving a good burger with fries. The lines are fairly quick and the food comes out well. Haven’t been disappointed yet! I’m lucky that I live within 5 miles of a few different locations, and this is definitely one of the ones I frequent. Keep. It. UP.

What can you say or not say about in n out that has not been or been said before.
I know of one word comes to mind, CONSISTENCY!
I know what I’m about to get every time will taste exactly the same as all other times.
And you guys still rock it with one protein Item on the menu, the burger.

I can’t say anything that hasn’t been said before but this is my favorite comfort food of alllll time!!! 3×3 animal style add raw onion with animal fries… the perfect amount of everything! Thank You for decades of happiness

This is a nice in and out with an indoor sitting area. The staff is quick and friendly, the food is always on point and their drive thru is excellent and we’ll organized. I really love this place to come and hang out with my friends and catch up. This in and out is located on van nuys and blythe in the Plant shopping center. This is where I usually go after watching a movie. Cleanliness is ok, not clean but not dirty (sitting area anyway), the kitchen looks very clean and the staff seems to be following safety regulations which is awesome.

It hurts me to say it, but we’re breaking up. For years you gave me lean, juicy beef and fresh toppings. Today I realized it just isn’t the same anymore. When your single meat sandwiches became ever-​shrinking patties that make the whole thing seem more Veggie Burger than actual burger, I stuck by you. I fell for your ploy and upgraded to double meat. It was just a band-​aid on the problem.
Today while eating that double I tasted something… cheap. Yes, that double meat patty had the flavor of long dead meat done on the cheap, i.e. more grayish tendon and other machine-​separated bits. I’m not saying you have to be like the Counter. She’s got her own problems. I’m just saying we’re not kids anymore and though I still have a soft spot for your fries, I just can’t go on. Goodbye, In-​n-​Out. I hope you figure out where things went wrong for you.

Family owned, and still consistently delivers a great product. The meat never frozen and the french fries with the potatoes they use are cleaned and cut and made to order.
I saw something for the first time, that you are requiring your french fry maker wear gloves, great move for food safety. Protect your guests.
Always clean, keep up the Great Service and Consistently deliver a Great product.
Maybe in the future you may change your salt to sea salt.

Consistently good food, consistently clean, always friendly. This In-​N-​Out gets so busy that yes, you may occasionally need to wipe down your table. Still everyone on staff makes a point of cleaning the customer areas every time they can.
The five stars are not because it is perfect. They are for the ability of this store to deliver a great experience in a challenging area. The staff respects their customers and the community. This store is more fun and more attentive to food orders than In-​N-​Out locations in upscale communities.
The dining room is open late (1:00 am, 1:30 on Fridays and Saturdays). It’s always safe. Three signals South of Roscoe, and worth the trip.

When I first tried this place I thought it was just ok. However despite my disappointment I kept craving it. Well. The idea of what it should taste like. The taste doesn’t match up with how good it looks. I will say that after multiple visits (I wanted this place to work out so bad) I finally got the flavor profile I was looking for.
First off. The burgers are filling. Maybe I’m getting older. and my metabolism is slowing down. But the double double is wayyyy too much. I can barely finish the single patty cheese burger. The animal fries are yum. It’s 3.50 for animal fries. I usually order the cheeseburger animal style with extra mustard and chopped chilies. and fries well done with extra spread on the side. If I don’t feel like having to unbutton my jeans after I eat, I order animal fries with chopped chilies. The milkshakes are lack luster. I got a neopolitan and it was sort of watery and bland. Would rather get a shake from carls jr or the habit. All in all. I will come back when I crave. Fast service too !
