I have called on Indoor Air Solutions several times. The owner Miguel is very professional and knowledgeable.
He has fixed my old air conditioning unit indoors, & chemical-cleaned the condenser coils on the rooftop. He pointed out where my pipes were frozen from condensation, and explained how that happens, & what to do to keep my AC running for many more years.
When my heater was tagged by a gas company technician, he saved me a lot of money by replacing & repairing some parts, instead of having to replace the whole unit.
I have also consulted with IAS about a hot water heater that had flooded in the basement. Miguel gave me very good «straight-talk» advice over the phone.
And their rates were reasonable.
