Jons Marketplace

Jons marketplace at this location is great. Its clean they have variety of bakery, Clean isles Huge variety of produce and fruits. I go shopping there very often. Plenty of parking spaces, Only check out lines are long.

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE UNLES YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED TERRIBLY. i had to return some groceries which by the way it states on the receipt that all returns just have a receipt, so I brought in my items and my receipt. Not only did they treat me terribly and act like they were so annoyed that I was returning something but both the cashier and store manager were snapping at me while I was trying to be polite. I paid 4.99 for several items I was returning and they would only give me back half the price of what I paid. I literally got about $ 10 less back than what I paid and they wouldn’t even try to figure out what the problem was. I had another item that didn’t come up on the reciept so I figured I just have brought the wrong item and had a different receipt in my car with the item on it and instead of giving the item back to me since it wasn’t on the receipt they literally took the item from me and put it in their store. That is stealing from me! They took my item from me and didn’t give me anything back for it. This whole thing happened at about 9pm when they are at their busiest and they only had 4 lanes open. They refused to help me or even take a minute to try to give me the correct money back because «there is a long line behind you» why should I be punished because of your lack of cashiers open. I will never go here again and I suggest you don’t either if you ever have to return anything. I’m going to call corporate and
Let them know what is going on in their store because nobody should be treated like that. I’d you pay a certain amount for something you should get that exact amount back when return it. The store Manager jay Esparza did absolutely nothing to help me and was very very rude. He should be demoted. I can’t believe they not only gave me less money back then I paid, but they took one of my items from me bc it wasn’t on the receipt. Just grabbed it out of my hands. The cashier was named Syuzanna and she was acting like I’m at fault for returning something. Worst customer service ever. I hope they are happy they stole about $ 20 from me. The jons on van Nuys Blvd in van Nuys is so much nicer so please go there.
