I had an addition i wanted to do to a detached garage. I had some pre-​existing nonconformances since my house was built in ’46. I needed engineering calculations showing the new structure would meet seismic and strength requirements. Some engineers i initially spoke to first didn’t want to touch the job, but Miguel didn’t hesitate to offer a well thought out design solution. After selecting M&M Engineering for my project, Miguel quickly provided me with the structural details and engineering i needed to get my permit. He was very fast with all his plans and had nominal fees for change requests. Thanks for a great job Miguel!

Miguel was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to assess my needs. We are looking to do some remodeling on the home and my husband mentioned it would be a good idea to contact a structural engineer. Well, I called and he gave me helpful advice and tips in what things I should ask my contractors when I am taking bids.
I appreciate anyone who is willing to take some time to understand my situation before trying to tell me why I need to hire them. Two thumbs up, Miguel!

I was looking for an engineer to get the second opinion but I couldn’t find any one to answer me but M&M company has a very nice employees specially Miguel he answered all of my questions and I sent him all of the pictures and report I had and he went through all of them and referred me to the right company. I definitely recommend them.
