MISS TRUNCHBULL!!! I know we all have crappy days but it’s hard to understand why this woman is a pediatric orthopedist when she is so ill mannered. I brought my toddler into her Van Nuys office. Patricia came into the exam room and didn’t introduce herself, said she could not view the x-​ray images from the cd a hospital supplied me with. Then when I asked if I could get the images from the hospital she barked that it would take too long. As she was about to leave the room I asked if she was frustrated to which she replied she was not and why did I ask. I told her she never introduced herself or said hello. She spent a total of 2 minutes with me (one minute to tell me she needed x-​rays and another minute after we had the images done to tell me my son needed a cast). She may very well be a great doctor (to which I have no knowledge) but her bedside manner left me feeling bewildered and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this dr for the simple fact that it takes compassion and understanding when working in a field that requires human interaction.

Staff is consistently quite unpleasant. Regrettably. Dr. Mckeever is very talented and smart. I wish the staff had more of a service based attitude.
