Pilossyan Medical Center

Dr. Pilossyan was very quick to send my aunt to get a colonoscopy when he found out she was losing blood from somewhere. Turns out it was from her colon. She was diagnosed with cancer. He was prompt on finding a doctor/​surgeon to get it removed. It took a week to do all of the tests. She got it removed yesterday. He is constantly checking in to see how she’s doing. I’m glad they chose to go to Dr. Pilossyan. He saved her life and is continuing to help. I would give 5 stars but the location is terrible haha the tiny parking lot is hard to get out of :(

Five stars for Dr. Pilossyan but my review is not on the doctor, but his terrible uneducated, unprofessional staff in the office that do not have simple telephone etiquette. They are very rude and with attitude, they don’t care about the patient’s concerns to relate information to the doctor on time. Transfering your call person to person, they have lack of communication between each other in this office, they have no clue what’s going on, like I said if you don’t call 100 times they won’t relate your messages to the doctor on time. Authorizations takes months, if you don’t bug them they won’t even follow up and get things done on time. Dr. Pilossyan is a caring, very helpful and knowledgeable doctor, but he needs to replace all his rude staff. His office is run by bunch of idiots who can’t even speak simple English. His uneducated employee kept demanding me to speak Armenian with her, I can speak any language I prefer, your job is to help and give service not to demand someone to speak Armenian, obviously that clearly states that she can’t understand the English language. I am going to report this employees for her disrespectful words towards me, she started calling me names over the phone just because I didnt fall for her nasty attitude and kept on answering her back in English and put her on the spot for lying. Which normal office clerk talks like this, or gives this type of service to patients or to patient’s family? Uneducated street people should not be in the medical profession. They don’t really care about the patient’s well being. It’s sad that good doctor has these type of people running his office. Dr. Pilossyan please change your rude staff before you start losing patients. Lot of of people feel the same way that I do but are not speaking out just to let you know that!

Excellent doctor. Very friendly and carrying. Takes his time with every single patient and listens very closely to patient’s needs. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Dr. Pilossyan is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him.
