I had an issue with this company but I spoke to a manager and all was resolved very quickly! I am impressed with how well they handled my concerns.

Unfortunately, the same story for me, as all previous ones. In my case; I purchased skates with defect. I called, I e-mailed multiple times. The customer service girl kept telling me that she was not receiving e-mails and when I called she was putting me on hold forever. She kept telling me they will call me back with decisions. She was blaming manufacturer that they are not responding to her e-mails, or she was just not returning calls with any decisions. I hope everybody will read those reviews before purchasing from this company.

I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. Waited over a month for delivery of an in-stock item. Had sent an e-mail after 3 weeks no response. One week later called and was put on hold for a while, then told the manufacturer made a mistake with shipping and was going to express ship it to me and I should have it early the next week and I would receive the tracking number the next day. Never received tracking number or delivery on full week later. Cancelled order. Will not purchase from this company again.

Ordered from their online store: Figure Skating Store in beginning of December, heard nothing after Christmas, Called and put on hold for an hour, never come back, I used another phone call again same girl picked up the phone(huh, I thought you went to check my order??) Anyway, told they didn’t know I sent the extra shipping charges and they will process right away and I should hear something back from them. 2 weeks later, heard nothing, called again, same drill waited and waited, realized they didn’t order from the manufacture. Told will ship express to me since it’s their fault. ok, I waited and waited again, call again by the end of Jan told it’s on back order, should have it by early Feb. OK, I WAITEDAGAIN! 2 weeks later, nothing, called and they said it has been discontinue from the manufacture. OMG, really! I right away order from another store, they have to order from the manufacture but received items in a week. BAD service and not honest at all. BEWARE!

This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I ordered a black Zuca skating bag with fushia insert. I received a red frame with a pink insert. When I contacted about making arrangements for an exchange they were awful. They made me pay $ 27 to ship back the bag and charged me 15% in restocking fees when it was their mistake. They should not be in business for poor customer service. They never respond to phone calls either when they adverstise friendly customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

We paid $ 400 for a pair of Reidell ice skates. They sent us a different size of skate than what we ordered. Mistakes happen, so we were very understanding but we needed the correct size. They were extremely unhelpful. Basically, their attitude was«too bad, send them back.» We returned them because they didn’t fit, but expected us to pay for shipping both ways. IT was THEIRMISTAKE! No one there was«authorized» to help us. Finally we got so frustrated that we ate both shipping costs and called it a bad purchase. BEWARE! Very poor service!
