Went for an hour $ 50 massage. No technique, too much oil, zero strength. Waste of an hour. I should have gone to a $ 25 foot massage spot. Also made me pay first, felt sketchy. Pfrrt.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! The guy in the front(probably the owner) is extremely rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I had purchased a groupon for my mom and specifically asked for a female to give her the massage. She was assured of that, but when she got there for her appointment, she was told that the female was busy. My mom had to wait for longer than an hour. The guy was not apologetic at all… in fact he insisted that we could call groupon and get a refund. Well… what about the gas? Mileage? Time? Absolutely ridiculous. FYI: he is not hesitant to lie either. First he stated that only he and another female worked there… i.e., there was just one female. But, then he changed his story and said the other lady called in this morning… so it’s not his fault he had to make my mom wait an hour or just go back home and call Groupon! Note: they will not accommodate you if you are late, but they are more than willing to have you wait for much longer than an hour at their own convenience! STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. Many other places offer better deals and customer service than this place! Neither I nor anyone I know will ever return to Sunrise Reflexology!!!

Great massage… an actual full body… not to hard and not to soft… perfectly just right. The masseuse knew how to massage and knew where my knots were and tender spots and worked extra on those area, but not so much as to destroy me in the process. Soft Asian music playing in the background and dim lighting… very nice touch. No one there speaks much English. Very polite. Free parking in the back. By the way, I used a Groupon and had no problems using it.

This was such a disappointment. I called ahead to schedule a reflexology treatment for me and my boyfriend. We both needed some de-stressing and I’ve been trying to sell him on how stress relieving reflexology is… The man I spoke with on the phone quoted me $ 40 for a one hour massage — 30 minutes reflexology 30 minutes full body massage. When we got there they asked us to pay first… not a good sign… then they separated us and took us right in for full body massage… We asked about the reflexology but the two therapists looked at us like we were crazy and they barely spoke any english so we finally just gave up and took the full body massage. For both of us, the therapists were VERY weak handed… you could hardly call it a massage. I repeatedly asked for harder and he just said«ok. ok» By the end I was beyond annoyed and so was my boyfriend… as we went to leave, one of the therapists stopped us and said«You tip us!» I have never experienced a worse massage or such unprofessional massage therapists. Zero chance of me ever going back there.

I called ahead to make an appointment… the lady on the phone clearly(despite her accent) asked me if I wanted a full body or just a foot massage, and quoted me $ 47 for a full body massage. I said I wanted to make an appointment for a full body massage because my neck/shoulders have been especially sore recently.(I saw that in the reviews some specifically mentioned they did a great job on the neck/shoulder area.) I show up at my appointed time. I tell them my name/that I have an appointment, and they direct me to a chair a proceed to bring out a bucket of water for my feet. I said that I had made an appointment for a full body massage and the girl emphatically says, «we only massage feet here, only feet, that’s it.» I ask her why the lady on the phone specifically told me they would do a full body massage. She says she doesn’t know and that it’s «only feet». I was very upset and left immediately, but not until pulling out my phone and checking the number I dialed with their number. Indeed it was one and the same. So basically they really annoyed me. SOMEONE was obviously lying — my guess is that the girl that was going to do my massage just didn’t want to do anything besides feet and was too lazy to admit that they do anything else. I proceeded to The Massage Clinic and was incredibly impressed with their $ 40⁄1 hour full body massage that hit the spot perfectly. Without me asking the lady at The Massage Clinic(NOT Sunrise Reflexology) even through in a free hot stone treatment on top of my massage. I am so happy I went elsewhere. I CANNOTRECOMMENDSUNRISEREFLEXOLOGY.

This place is brand new and such a hidden gem in the SF Valley. I’m so glad I found it. I love getting massages especially because I carry a lot of stress(like most people) around my shoulders and neck. Most Reflexology places have you sit in a huge room with other strangers and they use a massage chair. I personally don’t feel comfortable when they’re trying to massage me and I hear several other people snoring, grunting, mumbling, whatever. Plus I don’t know about you but when I get a massage I want it quiet and peaceful with those nature sounds playing overhead. Sunrise Reflexology has individual, private rooms. They are clean, simple and you can get the same massage treatment that those fancy places that charge you $ 160-$ 300 for only $ 50 – 70. That is such a steal! You are able to enjoy your massage better in this relaxing and private room environment. The owner and staff are very nice and polite. I highly recommend this place! Way worth it for the price for sure. FYI Free parking in the back.

Very clean. The ladies have very heavy hands so its really good for relieving tension. You can tell them to go easier if needed. I totally got my monies worth. The focus is on your feet, but they also give you a back, arm and leg massage. They are also very nice. Tip: You don’t need an appointment, but you should call ahead if you are going with 2 or more people so you can enjoy the massage at the same time.
