US Solar Installation

I don’t do business over the phone from cold callers. Your middle eastern person on the phone is a P.O.S. Dude threatened me over the phone. If I ever see anyone with your logo near my property I will call local authorities and have them arrested. I do have the conversation recorded and he did make a threat. STOP CALLING ME!!! STAY AWAY, VERY FAR AWAY.

US SOALR came to our rescue when we continued to have significant roof issues from a horrific solar installation from another company. It’s never an easy task to come in & try to «fix» a previously botched job, & actually requires a lot more time, effort, & work. Even after paying several roofing companies to fix the problems, the roof issues persisted. Many companies wouldn’t even invest in taking on such a task; yet US SOALR In was willing to do whatever it took to correct the issues, because they care more about the customer than making a deal. While it is overwhelming to hear the details of such a disastrous job & resulting roof damage the previous solar company had done after already spending a good amount on that system, it was also a relief to finally have someone honestly & sympathetically explain why we were having the issues & offer options to repair or replace. They did not try to «bad-​mouth» the previous company, nor did they try to push spending a fortune on repairs or replacement. They truly made every attempt to correct the situation without gouging our pocketbook. We chose to just start all over with US SOALR & have them remove the old system & install their system correctly. Marc (The installer) had such excellent work ethics, from being polite, genuinely personable & respectful to us, arriving on time, explaining the work they did, staying on the job after many Long, Extra hours until the job was completely done & everything cleaned up, & assuring our satisfaction of the work they had done. After being able to swim now for several months in a nice, warm pool & not have the worries of leaks in our roof, we only wished we would have known about US SOALR from the start. Their work integrity & sincerity to the customer are impeccable! I am so thankful to have found US SOALR, would most highly recommend their services, & am truly grateful to have met Richie, a an honest, hard-​working, reliable and thoughtful person who is an inspiration to all of us in not only how he runs his business, but how he treats every customer!
