Advanced air installed a new 3 zone ductless system in my home. The person who came for the estimate was knowledgeable about the equipment and financing options. The process was simple and smooth from estimate to install. The installers were courteous and cleaned up any mess they made. They also removed my massive 1925 oil furnace and kept the cast iron front intact so I could keep it. It was a great overall experience, plus their bid was the most competitive.

I don’t mind paying the call out fee for the first guy who came out since they did not charge the fee for the second guy to come out and actually fix the problem however they gave me no credit for the fees I paid for the work the first guy did that did not fix the problem, it’s not a lot of money, $ 50 but that’s $ 50 more then I would have spent if the first guy had not made assumptions and actually gone through the steps to insure he found the problem. This in not how to build that customer base they talk about, I’ll try someone else next time.

I was very happy with the furnace tune up they just did. I had been keeping the thermostat down to save money but the technician adjusted my equipment to let me keep my house at a more comfortable level while at the same time using my system more efficiently to save me money.
