After my transmission died on my car I started my search for a new one. I was redox memes to this place by some family friends and they did not let me down. I was treated like a part of the Kuzma family, not like a customer who they’re trying to get in and out of they’re store. They valued my opinions and thoughts and really helped find a car that fit me perfectly. Buying cars can be really stressful but at Art Kuzma, it’s simple and easy.

Small family owned used car dealer. Their selection was limited but they had exactly the car we were looking for, so I guess it made the experience very enjoyable. I like the fact that they let us drive the car on our own instead of having a sales person riding with us. One of the best experience at a car dealership so far. Imagine this. Although we didn’t commit to buy the car on the first visit the owner let us do our thinking at home with no pressure, no need to seat down in front of that 4 square piece of paper. You know which one I mean. You have all seen it were they run the numbers so you agree to a payment plan without knowing what you truly pay and don’t specify the interest rate. The next day we came back, did another test drive, still very happy with the car. Signed the paperwork and 30 minutes later we were on our way. A month later still very happy with the car.

Very disappointed with my one experience with this used-car dealer. I drove two hours to see a car they represented as «like new.» Turned out to be a complete waste of time. What really annoyed me, however, was their claim to offer«Certified» used cars. Turns out that they mean they have«certified» the car to their own satisfaction, not a manufacturer’s certification standards. Very misleading. They have a great Web site to impress likely shoppers, but they are just another used car dealership, no better or worse than the next.
