Autozone

I have been going to Autozone for many years for oil change kits and random things. I recently bought a pair of CV axles on their website for a good deal. When they arrived, unfortunately both were damaged. I took them back to Autozone and they were kind to refund me and reorder them from another warehouse. When I got the new axles, they weren’t the right ones, so I called the store and was told they weren’t in stock and to call another store. The other store was super nice (props to Bryce the manager who was on top of it) and ordered a new axle because they only had one in stock. Unfortunately, the one they ordered wasn’t the right one either, so they worked on it and found another store with it in stock. The manager made sure they were a match and when I picked it up, sure enough, the other store had the correct part! I call that excellent customer service. Even though I was having a problem that was tricky and spanned over two days, they bore with me and worked it out. I will be a repeat customer for sure!
