Banceu’s Appliance

I have a disappointing dishwasher (Kenmore is not what it used to be). I called Banceu’s Appliance because he came highly recommended on
, by my local neighbors. He found the source of one leak, we didn’t even know about, the first visit. Some clamp, on the incoming hose, was busted and leaking all over the floor, behind the kick panel. I had no idea. It could have been very bad, had I not noticed another, dripping leak, coming from the left side of the front door panel. He charged me for the first visit, and came back out within a day when I called again, to say it was still dripping. He recommended I replace the gasket inside the door. He said I could do it myself for less than what he would have to charge… nice to see that kind of honesty. So I did, and I went and put the dang thing in backwards, so called him again. He came out and flipped it around… no charge. Within half an hour, I was calling again, as the door was still leaking. He came out again, and after spending some time looking inside the door, watching it run, etc., figured out the door or tub is just a tad warped, so it’s not sealing like it should. He could have charged me multiple service fees, but as the issue was still a leak, and he’s a nice guy, he did not. He has been patient and honest and been a good listener, while helping me figure out what the heck is going on. I would definitely recommend him for any appliance repair. His magnet is on my fridge to stay.

I have used them for all of my major appliance issues since we bought our house in 2012 and George has always been very honest, reasonable, and timely in his repairs. He has even told us when it would be cheaper for us to just buy a new appliance and at another time walked us through how to fix a little issue with our ice maker rather than charging us for him to repair it.
I can’t even count how many people my husband and I have referred to them (coworkers, friends, family) and all have reported back to us that they were incredibly happy and satisfied with the work and service that they received from Banceu’s Appliance.

We have a stackable washer/​dryer that was making an awful screeching sound when drying. I was able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. George was on time and quickly repaired the dryer in 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the dryer has been working great ever since.
