I absolutely love this little nail/​hair salon they did an awesome job. I got pink and glitter shellac with a gift certificate from my work they are gentle and may my nails look so fresh. I recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be coming back for sure don’t let one persons bad experience prevent you from trying this place. I chipped a nail and my shellac peeled off so I called and let the owner know it was my fault and how much it was to fix she told me come on in and I’ll fix it for you. To my surprise she didn’t charge me anything I think it was because I got the nails done days prior but still I’ve been to places that charged me to fix even if it was the next day. Thank you BK Salon.

Owned and operated by a wonderful Vietnamese family who are considerate, caring, honest, kind, and very skillful at giving pedicures, manicures, hair care, facials– all at very affordable prices. I have been going there for several years and am always impressed with the manner in which they treat all their customers– especially good with older people like me.
The lady that called them crooks is terribly mistaken. Try losing a gift certificate for any business and then call them on the phone to see if they will honor the missing item. If this lady had simply brought her Aunt into the shop and told them what happened, I am certain they would have accommodated her. They are honest people just trying to make a living by providing outstanding service– especially to older clients. They are gentle, respectful, and kind. She called them «Malaysian» and said they spoke rudely to her. Did not happen. She needs to go into their shop and explain what happened– not talk to them on the phone as they do not always understand our language.

One word crooks. I purchased a gift certificate for my aunt who mistakenly throughout the gift card by accident in the garbage. I called the salon to see if there was anything we could do to honor the purchase I was put on hold the phone was put down I had to hear some pretty darn off all Malaysian interpretation really bad language and really condescending racial remarks that they made towards me on the phone. They would not honor my receipts please look at my Receipts. I’m going to make a complaint with the attorney general of Washington and with the state cosmetology board because I was ripped off. Mannys and pedes be aware don’t use the salon.

These gals are wonderful. It’s family owned and they they take such pride in their work. I take my grandmother with dementia here for pedicures because they always remember us and are so kind and patient with her. We are never rushed and it really does feel like our own little spot.
