Blazzin Pizza

So the pizza is amazing if they don’t mess up your order and then call you a liar! So we ordered a pepperoni pizza with ranch on the side. Our pizza got here and there wasn’t ranch so I called them and they said they put ranch sauce on the pizza. Woops ok. She told me I need to specifically say ranch on the side. Ok, I did. Whatever. She was going to send another pizza out to me the way I originally ordered it. Awesome wow! Great service. Keep reading… So we decided to eat this new ranch sauce pepperoni pizza… And there was no sauce on it at all. Non. Zip. Hummmm weird. So I called back. I told her there wasn’t any sauce on the pizza at all. She told me it must be the heat that was getting to me because she promises there was sauce on it. Wow. I’m not lying. There is no sauce. We lifted up the pepperoni and cheese to find no sauce. Anyways. We won’t be ordering again threw them.

1^st of 2 meals: New to town, looking for delivery. Ordered online. Took about 40 minutes– I live probably 1 mile away. Pizza was average at best. Wings were good, but they don’t have any kind of buffalo sauce. Desert was mediocre. I will be reviewing again as I ordered a Unilocal $ 10 for $ 20 deal.
2^nd– 5÷4÷2015. This time I called rather than order online. The young lady who answered the phone sounded bored and distracted. She got flustered when I asked questions about the menu, specifically about the wings. She reported that she was a vegetarian so she didn’t know about the flavored of sauce for the wings. Once, I completed my order, she quickly gave me my total and said, «Have a nice day.» She did not indicate the estimated arrival time, which caused me to call back to find out. Another woman answered and reported it would be about 45 minutes.
After getting off the phone, I reviewed my the cost of my order and how much I needed to pay in addition. I was quoted around $ 11.50, after the voucher. This did not jibe with the menu prices. I called back again and was told that their prices had increased, but their website wasn’t updated yet. I requested one item be deleted as I did not plan on having to pay over $ 10 more given the quality of the food from my previous experience.
The delivery person was very friendly, early. The toasted raviolis tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The wings, pleasantly enough, were rather good.
Would I recommend this place? Maybe for the wings. They need to work on customer service skills when taking orders and updating the prices and descriptions on their website.

Awesome pizza. The delivery service was very quick and you can’t beat the prices. Tried this place because I was bored of the usual chain pizza places that deliver. The quality was top notch. The pizzas were perfectly baked and the cheesy bread sticks were delicious.

worst nasty pizza, old veggies on top, front customer service terrible… never greeted us or said thank you. old brown lettuce… sad sad that this place can call themselves a business. it’s torture… don’t go!

Glad I had a coupon… Was not bad– but not great. Had delivery, they were quick and courteous.

Tired of ordering from big chain pizza places, we searched Unilocal and found these guys. I was surprised to find hat they had online ordering– my favorite! I ordered their special of two pizzas (medium specialty and 2top large), chicken wings, and breadsticks for $ 26.99. They have a reasonable delivery fee of $ 3, but for some reason that was waived! I made sure to pay it back in the tip section. Now onto the pizza, it was yummy enough. Definitely better than the big chains. Chewy and light crust. Not dense. Not a thick crust but not quite a thin. A hand tossed density. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Chicken wings (boneless) weren’t anything to order again. Breadsticks were soft and a good filler, not great. When we order from them again, it’ll just be for pizza. Delivery time took a little longer (45mins to an hour) but we weren’t starving and considering they’re a smaller local place, I’m okay with the wait. My pizza was fresh and hot.

Not impressed at all. The pizza was lukewarm, the wings were soggy and no blue cheese, and small pre-​packaged cheesecake not to mention all at around $ 45. I ordered from here due to the Unilocal coupon $ 20 for $ 10 and wasn’t able to use it on their website (kinda lame). So now I’m out $ 55 ugh.

Good pizza for delivery. They missed delivering my breadsticks but gave me their word I would get free ones on my next visit and it was noted on my account. Will update review with ⁴⁄₅ stars if they keep their word! Stay tuned.

First time ordering from Blazzin. I used the Unilocal deal get $ 20 for $ 10. Which was great especially when they already have decent prices. Best deal for really good pizza. And quick delivery. This will be our new pizza place.

My wife and I love this place! We eat here all the time, sometimes late, and they never miss a beat. 5 stars everytime.

Okay, so I did update this to a 2 star because a few days later one of the owners did call me to apologize and offer me a store credit to make up for the difference and said I was completely right about the messed up website special and they did fix it.

If you order online — Do not include your delivery tip! The food is ok, but the delivery is horrible and if you pre-​tip, you’re stuck paying more for crappy delivery service. I’ve only ordered there twice and I made that mistake both times.

Called and asked if I could use my
certificate with their online specials. The guy tells me that yes I could, I need to order online and then he will take off the amount of the certificate when I get there to pick it up. I get there and conveniently he’s gone, and the ladies there tell me that their online orders go through a 3^rd party and there is no way to change what I had paid. We were told a manager would contact us, but we never heard back. On top of them being liars and having horrible customer service, the pizza was not great. We definitely will not be coming back here. Dominos is better, and has better customer service.

First. really great prices. We got an extra lg 3 topping pizza and sub for onlyv$ 16. Really nice staff too. The pizza was so so no better/​no worse than dominoes. But what I will say is that the meatball subs were awesome just be sure too order it with extra sauce. Definitely worth what i paid. I WOULD GO BACK!!!#

I had only gone here because I had a coupon and let me tell you it was delicious! The employee I dealt with took some time to warm up to me, but I would probably go back because of the quality of the food.

Absolutely the worst pizza in Vancouver. How bad you might ask? So bad that we had to throw half it away. Even frozen pizza gets eaten in this house. Order was also wrong and when I called they apologized but no offer to fix the problem.

The BEST delivery pizza we have had in a long time!
My husband and I just recently moved here from a very rural area where delivery was never an option, so one of the first things I did was order myself lunch one day when the hubby was at work.
I had noticed the pizza place tucked back in the corner of a strip mall while gassing up on the corner of 1^st and 164^th and jotted down the number.
I went to the website and found they offered much more than just pizza! My first meal was meatballs and garlic breadsticks; they were amazing. The delivery guy was great, even when I had to tip him in quarters because the guy who took my order left out the delivery fee for my total and I thought my single 20 dollar bill would cover the cost.
We have order twice since then, both times including The Sampler Platter (because who doesn’t love deep-​fried macaroni and cheese?) and various pizzas.
All of our orders have been great, the transactions have been pleasant, and there is one driver who strives to go above and beyond to provide for the customers.
If you have had a bad experience in the past, or are basing your decision to try Blazin’ Pizza by a negative review written a few years ago; I swear, something has changed and you should give them a try. Yes, one driver is a bit grumpy, but the food more than makes up for it!

We ordered pizza from here last night. It was ok pizza. The service was good as far as the phone conversation along with the delivery driver. The crust was a little softer than I like, but not doughy. I prefer a crispier crust. The wings was good. They are better than Dominio’s or Pizza hut.
