Bugaboo Pest Control

Bugaboo was immediately responsive when yellow jackets got into our home by eating through drywall while we were out of state. They came to our residence while a neighbor was there to let them in and immediately took care of them. Problem gone. I’m sure they juggled their schedule to accommodate us. Professional staff, very much appreciated!!!

I started using Bugaboo’s service last Thursday. Initially, there was some confusion from Bugaboo’s website regarding the methods used for mole control and what the meaning of a «guarantee» was. One is essentially paying for is a service for whatever period of time you contract for. The «guarantee» is that you will be satisfied or receive your money back. Caleb, a very pleasant young man, set four traps, but It was not made clear how I would know if the traps were sprung (the traps are butterflied when sprung). After several days, there were new mounds all around the traps, but the traps did not appear to be working. I called Bugaboo and received a very nice call back from the owner, who fully explained the methods and how the traps are suppose to work. He sent Caleb out Monday and it appears that on three of the four traps, the safeties were inadvertently left on in an effort to place them perfectly. Fortunately, the fourth trap did not have the safety on and operated correctly. Caleb pulling it up revealed our first captured mole. I am now very pleased. The traps are now set correctly without the safeties engaged.

One of the worst experiences of my life was made so much better by using this company. Seth, specifically, was my superman! He was professional, prompt, thorough and so very caring. He took the time to make sure that I understood and was comfortable with the course of action that had to be taken. He went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Robert is excellent. Bugaboo is a fast, friendly, great customer service business. They are my number one go to for pest.
