Awful comstumer service. Me and the person behind me walked out because they were to busy screwing around with their drive thru to even acknowledge our existence. The bathrooms smelled like a porta potty because they probably never clean them. They have the worst service of all time and I would definitely give it a skip.

Prime reason why these people should get paid $ 15 an hour. Ordered flame chicken burgers and I got buns and grilled patty. When I called to complain, first thing the lady said was «I wasn’t one that helped you» lol these people don’t even deserve minimum wage.

Lived nearby for 6 years, not once have I received the right order. They almost never give me onion rings when I order them. Poor service over and over and over… wish there was a carls jr. Closer!

You need to check each order before driving off, as twice now they have messed up their order. I sent a complaint because I couldn’t drive all the way back once I realized at home that I had the wrong order.
They had me do a meal on them, but sadly, they messed that order up too… even after knowing that I was a person whose order was wrong originally.
The service inside is decent, depending on the day. There’s one gal, Georgia, who always seems flustered and both times my order was wrong, it was served by her.

My son still asks for shake-​em up fries every time we go, and I think they stopped serving those about 5 years ago. But, there’s nothing like a Whopper and Onion Rings.
