Waited over two hours for a ‘walk-​in’ haircut; arrived at 2:45, then told at 4:30 by some guy named Dj that he could not take my son because ‘walk-​ins’ ended at 5:00 pm and he did not have time. Meanwhile he goes outside for a smoke which he had been doing consistently since we arrived. If you do not want to take ‘walk-​is’ just say so and save people two hours!
Will never go back and tell everyone we know never to go there.

I live in Vancouver and used to drive out to Portland to get my hair cut, and pay twice as much. Since going to Cam’s I don’t go anywhere else. They have excellent service and a great selection of Layrite products. Their haircuts take a little longer but they’ve been consistently fresh.

Received very rude and unprofessional. What makes it so bad, it came from Matt, the owner; what a disappointment. I thought it was a business, no need to cuss at your customers! I liked Cams because it was close to home, however, it’s not worth it. I’ll make the drive back to Portland to get better service.

Disappointed how I was treated coming the other day. All I wanted was for my boy to have his hair cut and I didn’t see the small writing on the board under Dre’s name that said «no kids»… Are you kidding me? The way Dre disrespected me in front of my son but in front of everyone else there too by asking me to keep reading the board out loud until I see that he doesn’t cut kids hair. Not only is the wait time beyond ridiculous bit how they carry them self there is very unprofessional. For anyone that wants to wait HOURS on in for a hair cut that is subpar please take your business elsewhere because this is not a family or friendly service at all. Good luck for anyone that goes in

First off, if we’re going off talent and skill alone, then It’s a 5 star all around. Never have had a bad cut. Everyone is friendly and the environment is nice. However, the wait times are sometimes ridiculous. Like over 2 hours on a busy day. Doesn’t even matter if you get there first or not because they then offer a VIP cut where you can just pay an additional $ 20 to cut the line. Now this is nice for the people wiling to fork out an additional $ 20 but sucks for the ones waiting. So, if you don’t mind a really long wait, or paying extra then this is the place for you. Again, talent and cuts are amazing.

They spend a lot of time on your hair to give you a quality haircut. Definitely one of my favorite barbershops in town. Everyone is friendly and it’s just an overall easy environment.
