After a horrific experience elsewhere in Vancouver, I went in with low expectations. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. My tax preparation was accurate and thorough. Mr. Day was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. It took him longer than he anticipated, but he honored his original quote. The only negative was that it took four weeks as opposed to the two weeks I was told it would take. It was still done prior to the deadline.
