Dairy Queen

Frustrated by their drive trough. I specifically asked for no sauce on my chicken wraps and when I did not realize they gave me the wraps with the sauce. I was very specific about my order and wish the prep crew had paid attention to my order

Pretty good. Got a burger for me, chicken sandwich for the wife and some chicken strips for my daughter. Fries were fresh, burger was good, the chicken sandwich my wife liked. The blizzards were tasty. The drive through was packed and the staff was quick, friendly and accurate. I can’t complain about this visit.

Only thing that really bothers me is the amount of ice cream they throw out each time I go there, don’t know if they’re training each time I go there but when they try whipping up an ice cream for me, they mess up over and over again… They throw all of them away. They could feed my whole family. Burgers are alright. Ice cream cone is always lob sided haha okay…

This place is pretty hit and miss. Sometimes I get great service, others I don’t. I really appreciate the deals that dairy queen has on their 2/​$ 3, 3/​$ 4 & 4/​$ 5 menu, however the prices are misleading because by the time I ordered my 3 items, supposedly for about $ 4 I wound up paying closer to $ 6. It’s still not a bad deal but for $ 6 I would have just ordered off the regular menu. I love their blizzards, though I notice at this location in particular, they like to skimp on the things they mix in the blizzards… for example, I get a chocolate extreme blizzard… my blizzard wound up being mostly vanilla, and I hardly had any chocolate pieces in it… but the time before that, it was super chocolatey with tons of pieces! I guess it’s a consistency problem. Everything I get there is always good, but I suppose half the time I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth, probably the biggest reason I choose other restaurants over going here much of the time.

Was served olf fries with our meal, chewy rubbery. .gross a added bonus was the heavy metal music comming from the cook station, which does not blend with Christmas music in lobby. Not recommended

Went for my b1g1 birthday blizzard and they said I had to have a printed coupon. Get with the times dq, you wanna send something electronically you should accept it the same way. Not everyone has printers anymore. Happy Un birthday to me! Won’t be back.

This place is a joke. I have given them two chances both time they have effed up my order I will not be going back to this place.

LOL went here today with family and lemme tell you. These people have no clue what to do. Honestly I feel really bad for the poor employees but then again it is kind of funny. They have no table numbers so instead they run around calling out items, hoping you’ll come claim it. (Seriously, anybody can just take food here for that reason.) Other than the chaos, the food was just average DQ food!

I’m not going to lie I love Dairy Queen but I think that it is getting a little ridiculous when a small Blizzard is $ 5

Who’s managing the place?!? Horrible service. The girls where sweet enough, but when you screw up a small order of 4 items 3 times and by the time I get my order half the ice cream is all melted!!! Horrible to say the least!

If you haven’t been here in awhile, you may want to give it another try. I believe there are new (newer? newish?) owners and things seems to be going better than in times past. The chicken strip basket — how can you resist it? It has GRAVY!!! Sure, you can get ranch instead… but why!!! Ok, so the Texas Toast isn’t that great… but that is because it’s Texas Toast instead of real bread. It’s fast (ish) food, so you won’t get gourmet style here. However, the drive through line seems to move faster than it ever has in the past 30 years (and believe me, I know — I grew up in this area). I love the variety of «cool treats» and a lot of the «hot eats» are guilty pleasures I only get when I’m alone and craving fast food and nostalgia. You’ll get it all here.

Went for an evening ice cream… the manager (I assume she was the manager) was busy on the phone outside looking for someone to cover a shift, very frazzled. The staff seemed to be helping each other with orders inside, but they were very loud. Doesn’t anyone know how to make a banana split anymore? Does anyone understand that pineapple should go on banana splits? I came here cause the one on Mill Plain was crap, won’t come back here either. I guess it’s Baskin Robbins.
