Really good burger and fries. Love that they offer malt Vinegar for fries. Really quick service. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It’s almost always really clean.

Do people really want two big greasy hunks of meat? There should be a warning. And slimy mushrooms? Blachhhhh

Great burger joint where their burgers taste like burgers the only thing that kind of bothers me is the mess of peanut shells on the floor since they stick to the bottom of my shoe so I bring them into my car but other than that this is one of my favorite burger joints

2.5 stars. All that hype for this franchise, but most burger places are better. Grease oozes out of everything… yuk

As far as burgers places go they are great. The burgers are made to order and delicious every time. The fries are also great, I order mine with seasoning on them. THEORDERINGPROCESS Is easy and accommodating, the staff is inviting and patient. THEFOODTASTE Is great, the burgers and fries are greasy but greasy in a good way. My family loves it. THEFOODPORTIONS Are good, they are very generous with the fries and any toppings you need. PRICE The price is reasonable, I can feed my family for $ 25 OTHER My only issue is more personal, the peanuts everywhere make it so I can only go without my youngest(2yo) who is allergic to peanuts, and I’m not getting a sitter just to get some burgers, in order to eat there any of us who go have to go through a long decontamination process, just to make sure we aren’t still covered in peanut dust. So if your not allergic to peanuts and don’t have to be around someone who is allergic to peanuts, then this is the best burger place to go.

Sometimes you’re just craving a burger and have to go the place nearest you! I like this Five Guys in Vancouver. It’s located in the plaza with other food options, but the family wanted burgers! They have a easy to read menu where you choose the kind of burger you want. All of the burgers come with two meat patties. If you want just one patty, then you’ll want to order their«little» sizes. There are a range of sauces and toppings you can add to your burger. In a sense, you get to choose and customize your burger! They are very patient as you go down the list of all the toppings(especially if you like everything!). If you are eating inside, then you can snack on some of their peanuts while you wait. We were taking our burgers to-go. They typically won’t let you take peanuts with you home, but the people there were so kind and allowed us to take some peanuts home! We really appreciated their kindness. I really like the peanuts here, but I found some of them to be way too salty. The others were just fine. We ordered five burgers and I really liked their organization system. They have sticker numbers they place on each burger along with a receipt that shows each burger’s number. It makes handing out burgers to each person really easy! I found the burgers to be just average. I had a cheeseburger with the works. I liked grilled onions and mushrooms. The buns did get soggy and I didn’t feel like the burger itself really wow me. However, it definitely fulfilled my meaty, burger fix. The fries are also just alright. They give you a lot! They fill the cup and then dump more into the bag. We got regular fries and cajun fries. The cajun fries were not spiced very well(I think the worker was new) and the regular fries were just alright. They were more soggy than crisp. Overall, it’s an alright burger place if you are craving something! I like the complimentary peanuts for those dining in and the service at this particular location.

There is absolutely nothing extraordinary about this place. I’ve had very similar food at Wendy’s and the like. The fries were the best part of the meal, and even those were just okay. The place, was FILTHY! I’m just talking about the peanut shells all over the floor, while I think it’s gross I can live with that. I’m talking about the chairs, tables, drink station and overall premises. The place was super slow, and the employees were just standing around chatting instead of cleaning. They also don’t have ranch. Might not be a big deal for some, but is a deal breaker for me. If you’re in this part of town and want a good burger, go to Killer Burger. WAY better at comparable prices.

Gripe: peanuts… everywhere. On the floor. Hate to see these people’s houses. Food: reason I come here. Burgers were fresh and tasty. Fries(Cajun) were plentiful and tasty. I will not come back to this 5 guys because the restaurant is filthy. Management…put a sign up that says there are trays for the peanut shells.

First time here. First of all, the fries are amazing! The burger was good, but definitely not great. Unfortunately, I had to wipe off my table and chair. And they were not busy at all. If it wasn’t for the amazing fries I would have given only 2 stars. This will not be a «go to place» for me.

I LOOOVE the Fries! Some of the best I’ve had. Loved the burger, too. Tasted fresh and juicy. Would definitely go here again.

Totally overrated. A bland, dirty, unimaginative enterprise that serves soggy burgers. Hold on! We can eat unshelled peanuts while we wait 22 minutes for our food! The presence of peanut shells spread evenly across the floor makes us even more excited about their commitment to cleanliness. On a more positive note, their fries are adequate, provided you drown them in ketchup and have no objection to cocaine-like quantities of salt. Last time I asked my girlfriend if she wanted to return there, she offered me a bribe to select another eatery. «Where would you like to go instead?» I asked. «Anywhere,» she replied. «This might be a good time to start my diet.»

I’ve heard a lot about Five Guys and finally got a chance to try them out today. Let me just tell you, the burgers were legit. It had an In-n-Out kind of feel to it, but the food was 10x better. The fact that you can put any and as many toppings as you want was a major bonus. Let’s talk about the fries. I’m always nervous about ordering fries at fast/semi-fast food places. They’re usually limp, supper oily, and lacking in flavor. The fries here at Five Guys were amazing. Nice and crispy outside while still being moist and tender inside. They were lightly salted and you could tell they were fresh. It was also a major plus that they have malt vinegar to put on them. Mmmmmmm. The reason I’m giving this 4 stars and not 5 was the fact that they use American cheese, and the cheese on my burger was barely melted.

Love the free peanuts you get when you are waiting for your order. Seriously, there are huge sacks of peanuts in the restaurant. Somehow, this makes me happy… especially if it is on a busy day when there are so many other customers that it takes a while to get your order. Also, I love the fries!

Let’s be honest, Five Guys burger is not the best you can get. It’s basically a healthier version of fast food burger, right? I mean you can get a «big boy» burger or what I call a «grown up burger» just about any where that taste like it came out of your backyard grill That said, Five Guys is consistent no matter where you go. I’ve eaten at them in DC, VA, Texas, TN, Seattle and here traveling now in Portland area. They are always the same. The staff is by and large sharp and nice and on top of things. With the app it’s so easy to order exactly what you want, pay and walk in and grab it and go. I LOVE that and am confused why more places aren’t doing this. The burgers are good and let’s just say Amen to the fries. Some of the best you’ll have. AND they give you PLENTY of them haha. More than you need really :) I’m a fan and eat at Five Guys more than I should lol For this specific location, was just awesome. It was late and I was tired from traveling. Ordered at the wrong one at first and finally found this location and the staff was just awesome. Food was great and will be back if I’m in the area again for sure!

Ordered Online: They have a cool webapp for ordering and you can pay right there. I love that I can order as I leave my house and not worry about waiting too long for my food once I’m there. However, I’ve never come in and there been a line anyway =P. Service: The employees have always been really really friendly and fast. The food: It’s simply epic. I always get a loaded burger with just about everything on it. It is on par with the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had… every single time. It reminds me of Shake Shack in NYC, which is my favorite fast food burger ever(Smoke Shack). The fries are made with fresh-pressed peanut oil(they actually press it in store!). They’re soft, and feel like real fried potatoes, unlike McDonald’s or whatever… which feel crunchy outside, and like a sponge inside(supposedly due to flash-freezing). Mine were seasoned with Cajun seasoning, which was an excellent bit of something difference, though you can get them plain as well. The portions for everything are HUGE. The large fry is more than I can eat with a huge burger, and I consider myself a bit of a glut. Overall… it’s an excellent experience, though and definitely worth a visit! They offer free peanuts inside the store, which is kind of cool, too!
