Single star isn’t about food it’s about availability. Bought groupon in middle of the week to have dinner with my kids on Friday who only come over every other weekend. Pulled in at 7pm Friday night an they’re shut down. Hours say 10 am-11pm so not sure what issue is. Not sure what it says about a business that’s not keeping it’s hours on one of the busiest dine out days of the week.

Went here a couple of times and loved it. Went back and it was the worst. The fries tasted like they were recoojed. The burgers were sloppy not good. Decided to give them another chance, on a Friday at 6:30. Get there and they turn the lights out and close. Too bad I have a Groupon or I’d never go back.

Came here a few months ago. I really wanted to like his place. The service was great, nice & friendly. However, my burger was so burnt! Like to the point where I couldn’t eat it. No amount of sauce could take away the charcoal taste.

The burgers were tasty and the fries were fresh and hot! I like the frack sauce a lot. There was no sign on the outside of the restaurant, and the interior décor was non existent. The floor was tacky and our shoes made sounds when we walked. The place could use a little music, maybe a TV with sports, a jukebox or something. The place was clearly understaffed but considering the circumstances our food arrived hot and tasty. The server was super friendly.

Love the food here. The service is always great. Way better than even In-And-Out Burger or Killer Burger. Store needs more decorations and a lit sign. The atmosphere needs help, but that does not take away from the food! Our new fav burger place!

I purchased the groupon for $ 20 worth of food and went in on a Friday night. We were the only people in here(how sad!). After we put in our order, we got our food in about 10 – 15 minutes. I got a regular cheeseburger and my husband got the burger with jalapenos in the meat. We split an order of fries. Word to the wise: SPLITTHEFRIES. THEYAREHUUUUGE! We didn’t finish the fries and I can eat, a lot. Give them a chance and give them time to make your food. :)

I was nothing less than shocked at the flavor of the food and the absurdly high prices for what you get. We purchased a groupon around a month back, and honestly looking at the pictures they displayed in their advertising, I was rather excited. When we arrived at noon, the place was totally empty, which we were a little surprised but that was fine, at least we had the place to ourselves. However, looking at the menu with pretty much everything being $ 9 or $ 10 for the burger alone, so needless to say, with a burger more than twice the cost of an In N Out burger, we anticipated an amazing burger. Boy were we wrong. Now please know, everyone has a different opinion, but the burgers were so incredibly dry, tasteless and the bacon was so burnt that when it was crumbled and broken in my burger. You could taste the bitter burnt taste with every bite. My friend had a regular burger and I had the chicken burger, and both were equally as bad. We ordered some wonderful«sounding» chili cheese fries, but all we got was literally a mess of canned cheese splatter all over a little bit of fries and spicy chili. For our taste, it was disgusting. I personally, would never recommend this place to anyone, and based on the quality of my chicken burger, and the fries, I am astounded that they have multiple locations.

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is a disaster. Clearly the owners have NO clue how to operate a business. The employees are a mess. They are either stoned, hysterical, or just plain dysfunctional. I purchased a Groupon to check this place out without breaking the bank. The posted hours for Sunday show closing at 10pm. I arrived at 7:42pm to a closed store with employees just hanging out inside. I knocked, but they signed they were closed. I would have made more of a stink, but it just didn’t seem worth my time. My boyfriend called to find out what the issue was, and he was told they ran out of meat. How does a burger joint run out of meat?! I get that from time to time a restaurant will run out of ingredients, but this was just poor planning on the purchaser’s part. Ok, so no meat on Sunday. Fine. We then try to go again on Monday. We smartly call first and are promptly told there is in fact meat. Unfortunately they’ve run out of fries. COMEON! Ironically, my boyfriend receives a call FROM Frack on Tuesday informing him that all ingredients are properly stocked and to come and give them a chance. Well that was nice! We arrive, place our order, and take a seat. The food is out promptly — they apologized for the wait, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The cheese sauce for the cheese fries appears homemade. It was super tasty as well as being an absurdly large portion. Next arrive the burgers. They are also large and clearly freshly made. Very flavorful and well put together. I was quite impressed with the food itself. If only Frack could manage their business and inventory better, they’d be so much more successful!

We called in an order, 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 kids burgers, and 2 shakes. We were told 15 minutes over the phone, took 40 minutes and 20 minutes of that, the were«making» the milkshakes. The milkshakes were literally about half full, you can see the picture of it under the photos section. Then when we got home, the burgers were burnt, the picture is also being uploaded, because this is ridiculous. I normally don’t rate any company so low, however, this visit was so far below our expectations, and made me feel like the company doesn’t even try to care. The price would have been ok, had it not been for the horrible service, food, and overall experience.

I see people complaining about the décor. Yes, the place is work in progress, but, with that being said, I didn’t go there for the décor, I went there for a good jucy, old fashioned type burger. And hallelujah that is exactly what I got!!! Yummy till the last bite. The chili cheese fries were delish too, huge… I mean HUGE portions and even got tips from the girls there on how to reheat. Nice girls working there too. It wasn’t very busy so we had friendly chat. I commented on how good the burger was and the gal cooking was very happy to hear that and genuinely grateful for the compliment. This is my new favorite place. Coupons on the take out menu basically give you a free order of fries with any burger. My son who doesn’t like burgers told me thay was the best burger he ever had. If you like old fashioned. In-N-Out style burgers, this is the place to get it! If owners are reading this, hey, get a sign out on mill plain if you can so everyone will know you are there!!! Update: My first experience there as noted above was amazing Since then I have been there second and third time and was very disappointed. I felt it necessary to come back on here and update my review. Second time there I ordered 4 burgers for pick up. The burger meat itself was burnt and dry as a bone and about the size of a silver dollar on a large size bun. All four of us could not even eat them. Ended up tossing them. I gave them the privilege of the doubt since my first experience was really good and I went back a third time. The employees were arguing the entire time I was waiting for my food. The food was ok. Not bad. But if this guy wants to have a successful business, I feel he needs to employ some competent people and have his food be more consistently good. Sucks because the first burger I had was amazing. But I won’t be going back.

Would rate the food, if I had it. Ordered to go 25 minutes ago, restaurant is empty and I still don’t have my food. That alone is disappointment. Quick update: got the food 30 minutes later and they forgot to pack the chicken. Bravo you guys.

I will say our server was nice and checked on us multiple times in the meal to offer refills of water but aside from her service this was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant would not honor the listed price of our expired Groupon. The food took a long time to arrive and when it did it was not warm. The burgers were unremarkable and bland. The chili was frankly boring. The fries were flavorless, texture-less, and limp. I am usually a huge fan of restaurant left-overs but this food was so unappetizing I will be throwing it in the garbage. I will never be going back. I could get better food faster and cheaper at Burgerville.

Been twice now. Burgers are killer. The chili fries are awesome. The onion rings rock. Yes, the place is a bit sparse and is in a strip, but I don’t care. What counts is the food and you get a lot of good food for about the cost you’d expect. We pigged out on a couple burgers, rings, chili fries, and a couple sodas, it was $ 25.00. There was a joint at Dollars Corner we could easily spend that and not get chili fries. Better that that super burger, or awesome burger, whatever its called over in Fishers Landing.

Had the bareback and onion rings.(5) onion rings. REALLY? Are they golden onions. Burger. Average. Rings pretty much inedible very well done(the onion was burnt) and very greasy. Must not have changed oil in fryer. EVER! I know it’s a new location. But I still probably will not go back.

My husband have eaten here twice and have overall had a good experience. Both times we’ve been here has been for a weekday lunch, and the store was quite empty. The décor is sparse, but clean. On our most recent visit, we were greeted quickly and our order taken right away. We had a $ 20 groupon, so after two huge burgers, a shake, and an order of fries our total was less than $ 3. This was far more food than we should have eaten! The burgers came quickly and were big, juicy and extremely tasty. My husband had the Big Frack(like a huge Big Mac) and I had a double Frack. The buns and toppings were very fresh. The shake(chocolate with butterfinger) was thick and used real ice cream. As an Idahoan, I’m picky about my fries — and theirs were good! The fries appear to be home-made, not frozen, and were just crispy enough, without a weird fluffy interior. They’re not coated with salt or other spices, but a little salt from the table helped that. I only took off one star because after the food was brought out we never saw the staff again. It would have been nice to have been checked in on at least once(especially since the store was empty otherwise), but we didn’t need anything extra, so I might be nitpicking. Our experience on our first visit was quite similar(good, quick food), but the server at that time wasn’t quite as friendly. Overall, this is a new restaurant with great food. I’ve seen many negative reviews but our experience hasn’t been bad at all. Give them a Frackin’ chance!

I saw a Groupon for this place and as usual I turned to Unilocal to check out the reviews. I saw a lot of negative remarks so I hesitated until a family member shared their positive experience. Our family of three arrived around six and it was almost empty except for one occupied booth. Our cashier was friendly and efficient so no complaints there. We purchased the $ 13 for $ 20 Groupon and paid an extra $ 2. For that we got three singles, an order of fries, and chili fries to go. Didn’t have to wait long and everything was hot and fresh. We got home, and was surprised to see how big our burgers were! Huge! The buns were soft, produce fresh, and meat was seasoned well. The fries were fries and the chili cheese were okay. Next time we will try the onion rings. So all in all, if you don’t care about how they place is internally designed, and just want a good burger, then give these guys a shot.

I am going to split this review in three pieces: food, service, and restruant. The food here is most certainly good, definitely gives Burger Bungalow, and Killer Burger in Vancouver a run for their money in terms of taste and are similarly priced. I absolutely loved the Piggy Back burger as it is quite large, and has a bacon infused patty. Was juicy, and tasted wonderful! The service was ok, and I say this cautiously. My experience there wasn’t bad per say, but I felt the service and the workers could use a little pep. The person who took my order was nice enough, but he looked bored, and didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Again, he was nice, but I felt that there wasn’t motivation, or pride about the business he represented. Employees could use some training in service. That’s it. Restaurant was nice, mostly quiet. They had a radio playing in the background, but it wasn’t too loud. Honestly it was the perfect volume, I could ignore it and it wouldn’t bug me. Tables were mostly clean, lots of space. Not crowded and easy to navigate the restaurant should you choose to eat in. Overall, I felt that this was a good place to get a burger. Not too shabby, would eat here again. Would like to see some improvements in the employee enthusiasm area.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It’s pretty new so it still has potential, but needs SIGNIFICANT improvements before I could ever recommend it to friends. I first saw Frack Burger on Groupon but had no interest in dining there because the name sounded weird. After checking out the descriptions and prices on the online menu, I started to think that this might actually be a promising, high quality, no frills burger joint in Da Couve. I was really hungry today and happened to be around the area so I decided to stop in. I should have listened to my initial instincts and ran once I realized that it was within walking distance of Walmart. I became even more skeptical when I arrived and noticed that the restaurant wasn’t quite put together. I’m not sure how to describe it but the entire space was sparse, worn-looking, cheap-feeling, and emptyish — bad Feng Shui perhaps? You order at the counter and the staff fills your soda and brings out your food. I ended up getting the Hawaiian burger and fries special for $ 8 — comparable in price to other burger joints. The wait time for my burger to be made was abnormally slow, considering that the place was practically empty. I assume they must be cooking one hamburger patty at a time and taking care that each one is overcooked. Once I got my food, I was very disappointed. The fries were just so-so. I think they may be hand cut and fried. Imagine the texture of In-N-Out fries, except chewier and not flavorful. So-so fries don’t normally bother me, but the condiments on the tables were nearly empty so I wasn’t able to mask the blandness with tons of ketchup. The burger was unfortunately one of the worse I’ve had in a long time. The bun, BBQ sauce, ham, grilled onions and pineapple were fine, but the patty was terribly dry and burnt… really, really burnt. :0( Frack specializes in only burgers, but somehow can’t seem to figure out how to properly cook a burger patty. I suggest that you skip this place, and just head over to Burgerville the next time you’re craving a burger.

We went to this restaurant expecting unique and amazing burgers. As we entered, we were skeptical. There were around six booths, no décor, and very cramped. There were only two menus available that I had to get myself, and then we went to the counter and ordered almost immediately. When we were at the counter we heard the staff bickering at each other. Two of our party got their meals within 15 mins. The other three of us had to wait about 45 minutes, and even then the order of fries and onion rings took so long we were done with our meal and cancelled them. We asked for knives that never came. The meat was not like anything I’d ever tasted, very crispy and spicy, can’t say I’m a fan. And the meat is extremely thin, not a real patty. Overall we were extremely disappointed and won’t return.

This place is a serious joke! First of all, it looks like a desolate, third world cafeteria. Drab and lifeless with the only sound being the hum of the fridge. We ordered 2 burgers and it took over 35 min to get them. My first bite was of a tasteless, lifeless, probably frozen fry. Then I bit into my bareback burger and I got a mouth full of charcoal. My burger was completely burnt! My husband’s ring o fire was not burnt but his bacon was under rendered and chewy with soggy onion rings. We immediately brought them to the register and asked for a refund which, thankfully, they gave us. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!(We are on the way to Killerburger as I type)
