Don’t Know why there are such harsh reviews for this company. We used them for our house in Seattle and were very pleased with the entire operation. The crew was friendly, on time, informative, and overall very helpful. The roof looks like it was done well and we haven’t had any problems since. Would recommend to anyone if you happen to be in Ballard or the greater Seattle area.

I see there are a couple bad reviews here so I have to respond. We just had a new roof put on by PNW Energy Solutions and couldn’t be happier with the results. I think this is a big company with a variety of crews so that might be why there are a couple bad reviews. We had Harry as our main guy and Justin was our crew leader. Harry was incredibly informative, careful, and trustworthy. Justin and his crew did a fantastic job — the roof is well-​done, they were on time, they cleaned up, everything was as they said it would be. I feel really good about it! I highly recommend them! I’m sorry other people had a bad experience but with a big company that can happen now and then — and really people don’t usually post when they have a good experience so you can really get a skewed view from the reviews on Unilocal

This outfit was an utter disappointment, and an outright failure in terms of completing the job they were contracted for. They left us us with a mess of unfinished loose ends, and engaged in any means of shady dealings and buck-​passing to make sure they could offset their loss on an underbid job. Unfortunately for them, I consider myself to have entered in a legally-​binding oral agreement with them when I told their representatives I would make sure my distaste for their shoddy little business would be known in the appropriate public forums. Please take my summary of dealing with them for what it was: a futile attempt at extracting workmanship from a pack of cackling, hairy-​palmed dolts. Dealing with this revolting business has been an exercise in an all-​encompassing disregard for quality of service.

We sadly did business with this company in the spring of 2011. At the time they were going under the name PAC NW energy solutions, formally Nester Siding and Windows. This was by far the worst construction experience I have ever had. They basically said they would finish our project in 2 weeks, it took 3 months, lots of un returned phone calls, firing them, hiring some new people, paying extra to get the job done and finally taking them to small claims court and wining. All while living with my parents part time with a one year old and 3 year old, fun fun ;) Please please stay away from this company.
