Went in to buy curtains that I saw on-​line. They were out of them, but Brittany helped me find the ones I wanted (and I needed 7 of them) at 3 different stores. She called each store and had them shipped to my home. Awesome customer service! And I love the curtains!

I shop at Pier 1 about once a year for votive candles, wine glasses or both. My husband has butter fingers and I finally realized that having an eclectic wine glass collection was less stressful and in the end more fun because I get to shop for new ones whenever he breaks one :)
I usually buy a box of their unscented votive candles (18) and it lasts me about a year. Some of the scents are god awful, but some are pretty nice… artificial, but nice. They almost always seem to have a sale going on with their fragrance products.
Those papasans are always so tempting too… one of these days I’ll get one… one of these days…

Friendly and very helpful staff. One item that I like about Pier 1 is that they continually change their inventory and provide plenty of ideas on how to decorate your house.
